If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. My shipping label was created and that was it. My order was never sent out. I Called and left voicemails, message on Facebook, tagged them In comments on Facebook, left 4 emails, and texted. After 16 days they finally sent a text back apologizing and saying that my order must have gotten lost in transit and that they would reship my order along with a free numbing cream. My question is how did my order get lost in transit when it was never shipped???? To top this all off they did in fact send me the extra numbing cream THAT WAS IT. It was a sample packet of numbing cream and they tried duplicate the tracking number twice to make it appear of the original order and the extra. I still have not received my original order.

Never received my order

Never received my order, and there's no way to reach out. Even if you leave an email, there's no customer service. It's is a scam! It's been months, and they're claiming it's delivered, when I have cameras that shows otherwise. Definitely a scam!

Same as everyone else. No communication/customer service contact what soever. It doesn’t matter which avenue you choose, no one will respond. I did start a conversation on messenger but only a few replies then nothing. Waited over a month for shipping, then didn’t even try to deliver it and it was deemed undeliverable. LIES!! I’ve been trying to spam their socials and posts talking about them being a scam ….

Complete SCAM

Complete SCAM! I placed my order with express shipping. After one week, I started emailing them. 4 emails later & left a voicemail with absolutely no response. I had American Express suspend my payment and I'm having them investigated. Buyer beware! Not a legitimate company!

Communication is non-existent

Communication is non-existent. Have ordered previously to the UK and albeit the creams arrived late none of my emails were answered to nor Facebook messages, even after delivery. Customer service is ridiculous and clearly the volume of sales and marketing is their top priority rather than actually communicating with customers. Tracking number provided is also invalid. Still waiting on a response for this 2nd order. As of at the moment I've been completely blanked.

I wish I could review the actual product

I wish I could review the actual product, but unfortunately, after nearly a month after ordering, my products have not even shipped yet. I have tried calling, texting, and emailing with no responses at all. $200 in product and I can’t even get an email back saying they are delayed or anything like that. Absolutely horrible customer service. The product may work good, I don’t know, but avoid ordering if you don’t want to be ripped off.

Did not receive in time, NO COMMUNICATION

Purchased in August for mid Sept appointment. Received USPS saying label was made but then nothing. Tried email, messaging, text, call - they don't respond to anything. Now I have 'out for delivery' today and my tattoo appointment was 10 days ago. Send numerous emails to me asking for a review. It seems like 1 guy and automated everything. They say reach out on Fakebook or use their contact but they stopped posting on FB and IG earlier this year. Sad way to run a business and now I get to try for a refund of $30+ expedited shipping. That should be fun.

Don’t buy this product is you are from the Uk! Do not trust this brand

Paid extra for fast postage 6th August as of today 11th still not been shipped no communication no one answers email Instagram Facebook or phone calls so I have had to resort to trust pilot to try to get a response

I'm going to claim all my money back

Check Google reviews amd trust pilot before buying don't make the same mistakes as me believing the social media paid adverts

its a scam - Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Shipping

I waited a week and a half just to receive a numbing cream I ordered — with no response to my emails or phone calls during that time. I had a tattoo appointment coming up in three days and expected better communication and urgency.

The product arrived in inadequate packaging, with zero protection opened and all over the inside of a garbage bag type package wrap. For something being applied directly to the body, you'd think they'd take basic steps to prevent damage or contamination. Instead, if something goes wrong, the only option is to return it at my expense and reorder — no real support or accountability.

Bottom line: if you're going to refuse proper refunds, at least secure your packaging. Customers shouldn’t have to pay the price for your cut corners.

Non-responsive and bad quality

This company is 100% non-responsive. Their after tatt cream is stupid, sandy and what I received wasn’t sealed properly, the lid had gross smelling brown slime. Don’t waste money and I don’t trust the quality and I won’t use the cream as I fear it will cause an infection.

Wouldn’t even give one star

Wouldn’t even give one star. Worst company I’ve dealt with, wish I read the reviews first. My order still hasn’t arrived after 7 weeks and emails are just ignored.

Shipping isn’t guaranteed

Paid for the expedited 1-3 day shipping for an appointment 5 days later. Never got it. Sent them an email saying I didn’t need it anymore, and would at least like the shipping price ($30ish) refunded.

Got a copy-pasted generic response explaining what the shipping policies/days and “sorry for the inconvenience.” Waste of 60 dollars.

Shocking customer service

Would not recommend ordered something and they didn’t even tell me that it was cancelled until the other part of my order came through. I asked for my invoice to be sent through to my new email and that didn’t say the item wasn’t ordered either until I questioned it then they sent me the info saying they didn’t send it lol customer service was one of the worst I’ve came across they should maybe go on a course to deal with the public

Terrible customer service

Ordered a misleading product, when I called to express my displeasure with it and request a return I was told to ship it back on my dime. Terrible customer service. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0/5 I would.
