The eyes on the owls are wrong
Paints are transparent had to do layer of titanium white to cover numbers first then the colour numbers should be a light colour not black
Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with this Australian company Paintbynumberskits.com.au, twice! My first purchase of 4 paint kits during recently 16Aug21, one of the kits had gluggy paint for the background which ruined by the paint ( ended up a textured surface) and had to be thrown out. Customer service said i shouldn't have started the painting and blamed me...but I didnt know until I started painting. The company replaced the kit but didn't have the same one available that was ruined, so i chose a different painting kit. This replacement kit arrived, was warped over 15mm and I it didnt have enough paint in the pots to do the painting ( 1/3 full) which I found out just after starting with only the first 2 colours. I contacted the customer support and sent photos of what I got done and the empty paint pots and they said I was using too much paint and blamed me again and wanted me to pay for new paint set.
In good faith, just before I started painting the replacement, I had already made a new order for 4 more paint kits, just before finding this out this new problem and immediately cancelled my order within a couple of hours. The company said it was 'too late' as already posted( on a Saturday) although the tracking number stated Australia Post received it 2 days later on the Monday. I requested a refund and I would return the unpacked order, but they tell me they dont do refunds and will not refund or replace 2nd faulty paints either.
The company hasn't not taken any accountability for the faulty products, not been helpful to resolve the issues and will not refund, even for products not received which I told them 'not to send' and cancelled order.
More than happy to return to company so they can take this up with their supplier and see the issue for themselves, instead of blaming the customer.
I have used another Australian company also, no problems at all and good quality kits and larger paint pots.
