Fantastic customer service! Porsche sent the wrong part and Painted OEM Parts took immediate steps and and sent me the correct one with no additional costs and did it quickly. Customer service was on top of the issue from Day 1 until the I received the correct part and the paint was flawless. They are now my GO-TO for OEM parts!

This is an amazing and awesome company. I am a former Auto Claims Manager and High End Body Shop Body Shop Estimator/Blue Printer. Retired. Had an incident with my tailgate. Someone said I could get pre painted parts as I was going to do the work myself. I said they were crazy. No one does that.

What a pleasant surprise working with this company. Toyota forerunner TRD with rear wheel well fender damage. Using the capital verse IN number and sending photos the company matched the part perfectly shipped it out quickly and it was extremely well packaged and for what I considered a very reasonable price. Will definitely use this company again.

I was needing a painted Rear Bumper for my 2025 Ram Pickup. I checked to see if they had it since it was a new model for Ram Pickups. They did have it. The price was reasonable and the shipping box protected the Painted Bumper nicely. The bumper came in quicker then the time quoted. I was very pleased with the people at OEM Parts. Actually didn't have high hopes in farming out the paint job and part order for my wife's Kia door handle but I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Even though I did the leg work on the part, they reached out to me twice to make sure they we getting the right part, even eventually calling Kia themselves to confirm what I needed. It then arrived and the paint match exactly saving me several hundred dollars getting the dealer to do it. I really appreciate this kind of customer service. Hard to get these days.

They do Phenomenal work! Just had some Fender Flares done for my 24 Tundra and they matched and fit perfectly. I like that they use Oem parts also.

I tried a local body shop to paint a special order bmw paint. They didn’t even get close. Painted oem parts nailed it! They clearly use oem paint. It takes 3 coats to get the colors right. It looks brand new! I highly recommend theses guys if you want it done perfect!
