Very unsympathetic and unhelpful
Very unsympathetic, unhelpful man called Sean. Told me they don't provide returns labels. I have to pay to post back 5 litres of paint, my problem if I bought the wrong shade of cream. It was actually my landlord who said he'd prefer a more 'hessian' colour, not me. Not happy with Painter's World's attitude. Terrible customer service!
