Absolute Garbage
Ordered a custom kit and requested that the package be despatched with discrete packaging as this was to be a birthday present for my wife. After nearly 3 weeks the package arrived with no discrete packaging, no birthday surprise then. Worse was to come, on opening the box, all the items are utter garbage and cheap Chinese rubbish at its worst. The frame is unusable and requires major rework to an acceptable standard, the thin paper canvas - the numbers are unreadable and no paintbrushes supplied as per the item description. I obviously looked at obtaining a refund and found that I was not eligible for a refund as my product was designated as "Sale" item, guess what, all their products are listed as "Sale" items on the website.
A total rip-off, do not buy from this lousy company.
