Paintnumbers Reviews 

I have used PaintNumbers off and on since Covid, and have generally found their products to be as advertised. There have been one or 2 small issues along the way but nothing that indicates a scam or bad faith. Recently I ordered an item and they sent me a 40x50 cm canvas instead of a 40x60 com canvas. I sent them photos of the canvas and my order and they responded within 24 hours stating they would reship the correct item. Well, they did so and I received in 11 days after notifying them of the issue (and that was on New Year's Day). So my experience has been excellent with their responsiveness and customer service.

It took me about several months to get to my painting I ordered. I was given 26 paint pots sealed. I discovered after opening a couple of them that the were dry and hard. I opened all of them and 13/26 were this way.

I emailed them over a week ago and there was no response. There is no number or any other way to reach them. I don't understand this approach to customer service.

Disappointed.

Total sham. There is no way to PUT a review on the website - they went to a lot of work to put fake reviews on the site. I did get my order - finally - 6 weeks (said it was delivered after 3). The canvas is folded and the creases are horrible. No way I'd buy from them again. Hoping people find this website before buying from them. Also - there are other site that look almost like the PaintNumbers site - same fonts, etc. I disputed charge.

I ordered a kit as a gift for someone and they never got it. Customer service was absolutely no help, they basically stole my money because nothing was received or remedied. So shameful, I'm reading other similar stories on this review site, this company should be shut down.

I bought this as a gift and was too embarrassed to give it. The frame, for one, is hideous- just four pieces of plain wood, you can get something of better quality literally anywhere. It didn’t come with a photo of the picture. The paints weren’t numbered so I’m not sure how the recipient was supposed to figure it out. The instructions were in Chinese. Oh and it also delivered 3 weeks late. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered a painting 2 months ago and still nothing. Their website is a f**king joke and they never responded to any of my emails. Complete waste of money, never trust Instagram ads.

When my order arrived, I realized that many colors were missing. I contacted them via email and they quickly sent me the missing numbers. Unfortunately the colors don't mirror the real paint and I got mismatch colors ( for example white instead of black). The paint itself was all messed up and I had to figure out the real colors. Bad experience and I won't buy from them anymore.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The website looks legit, but all their paintings and reviews are FAKE. I paid through paypal and after being on the line for like an hour I managed to stop the transaction. These guys will take your money. Thanks to Trustpilot and Paypal i stopped it from going through.

TL;DR: This company is a scam. Fake AF

Worst paint by numbers kit I’ve ever used! Thought I was buying from paintbynumbers.shop and accidentally ordered from paint numbers.shop. I think they did this intentionally. Took forever to get here and when it did, I thought it must have been an old order from amazon. I paid $38 each for 3 paintings and I’m so pissed. “Frame” was 4 cheap pieces of wood you have to thumbtack together. The paints arent even attached and you have to use a piece of paper to match up the number on the canvas to a random number printed on the paints (they have this weird column on the paper that says dosage with Chinese characters in it like what the heck) this POS is worth $1. Could’ve spent way better money getting one on amazon for $8 instead of freakin $38!! I’m scared to see how this is gonna turn out, it’s going to make me more mad. Such a waste of $116. 0 STARS!!!! Reviews on website HAVE to be fake.

I ordered from them and never received my purchase. I emailed them and didn't get a response. They take your money and don't supply the product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a $68 custom paint by number kit from these guys back in March, no indication that it was coming all the way from China, it is now the middle of June and I have not received anything. They responded to my concerns early on and kept promising me that it was on its way, and only a few days away, that was weeks ago. Did not respond to my email sent through PayPal either. These people are a scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Never got my package. And then when you message them again about it the concern is ignored! Warning this is a random place in China, you will never see a response or your product. Placed my order Nov. 19th and here we are Jan. 15th no package. No response. Bogus tracking number and fake package insurance
