Problems with product but customer service good.
Delivery on time but that was the only good thing. Paint doesn’t match previous identical purchase. Paint full of sizeable clumps of solids that remain even after vigorous mixing. Fine solid residue left on wall after application.
Having received a response from PaintOutlet promising a resolution there was further disappointment when the customer service telephone line goes through to an answer machine. Tried calling four times. Left a message to call me but no call back after 4 days (admittedly 2 of them over the weekend). I’ll wait a couple more days and then change review to no stars if no further contact.
Update: PaintOutlet have been very helpful in trying to resolve these issues for us. We are still left with considerable extra work to do but I don’t think PaintOutlet could have done more to assist. I have added a couple of stars taking this into account.

The quality of the paint is great
The quality of the paint is great, easy to apply and looks amazing. Customer service is fantastic too, I missed my introductory discount but they refunded me the difference no problem. Amazing!

Paint was delivered on time
Paint was delivered on time, well packed. The paint is very thick compared to ordinary emulsion. Only problem I had, was, I live alone, I'm a female in my 60s, I struggled to get the lud off, very difficult.

Excellent!
Bought insulation paint from this supplier and it’s the best paint I have ever used. Definitely keeps the warmth in especially with my bedroom in the attic it’s constantly cold. I got the colour bagels and it’s beautiful!

ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE! Huge savings going on all the time, GREAT PLATFORM to save money on materials unlike other mainstream brands which are raising paint materials costs
Been using paintoutlet for various projects over 6 months. Way cheaper the local decorators stores after discounts. Most of all quality is always top notch. 1 call to paintoutlet for any issue gets resolved right away.
Overall saved money as they claimed I would plus using really good quality paints which my customers love. They (my customers/repeated) also saved money on materials which made them choose us to renovate their projects.
