I like the quality of the products I have bought - socks, bra and underwear (not Lipstick variety), however as a member of the Rewards Club I am disappointed that my points expire after six months, without any reminder from the company. I expect 12 months which allows me to replenish supply in a more realistic timeframe.

They are super comfortable and I have over 6 pairs. Unfortunately they don’t last the distance - with the elastic coming away from 4 of them in the last month. They are 7 months old - but really it’s the same failing on each pair. They are $$ for a sub year lifespan.
Such a shame!

Paire uses such high quality materials to make the most comfortable goods to wear inside and outside. Their tights and tank top have become a no brainer to slip on in the morning as they're such silkily comfortable classic basics

Paire undies- very very comfy. Doesn’t roll down at waist, doesn’t go up your butt. Really comfy.
Gusset would be better if extended forward but that is only thing that could be improved.
They are so comfy and great all day, travelling and hot days

Purchased Foundation Thermals from the store and they are beautiful. They are perfect for Melbourne weather at the same time light and breezy on the skin. Thank you for making quality goods for affordable prices.

Extremely comfortable. Sadly I'm going to have to throw away all my other underwear / socks and become a convert for life.

I love my new Paire t-shirts - I purchased both long-sleeve and short-sleeve breezeblend t-shirts, and the material is divine for this time of year (autumn/winter) in Adelaide. I personally feel it is a little heavy for our scorching summers, but their marketing didn't lie; putting them on is like diving into a cloud. The long-sleeved top is my new summer sweatshirt of choice, for when the temperatures start to bite in the evening. Bonus - is that the sleeves fit my long arms, that's not always a given, and something I always have to check.

I did have some issues with one of the tops pilling after only a week or so, but Paire's customer service put it right straight away - they sent me a new one (that still looks like new months later) - and the old one has been recycled into pajamas - they are that comfortable.

I like them so much, I am looking at some of their other clothes - they have inspired a repeat customer in me.

Paire is a fantastic brand that has really high quality products in a range of styles. I am obsessed with their socks and they are the only socks I wear now.

I am obsessed with Pair and am planning on slowly swapping out all my crappy bonds undies and socks with paire because they are pure LUXURY!

I had a minor issue with my order, and not only did they resolve it quickly and issue a refund, but I still received my items—and they are absolutely perfect! 😍 Gorgeous packaging, incredible quality, and the comfiest fit ever.

Paire truly goes above and beyond for their customers, and I’ll definitely be shopping with them again! Highly recommend! 🙌

Paire is a great brand. Amazing socks. I bought a few of the ankle socks. So soft and comfortable. I also really like their exercise gear

Paire has not delivered an order (Melb. to Sydney) - over 2 weeks and no reply to email or phone. They have banked the money but do not respond to requests for info. Beware - Sept. '24.

Ordered 13 June for delivery to a street address in Melbourne. Parcel lost by AusPost, Paire refused to chase it up until four weeks had passed. They resent the order on 16 June to a PO box in South Australia (???). It has been delivered to this random address. I am waiting for a response from Paire to my request to ship this order for a 3rd time.

Additionally, I have unsubscribed from Paire but I continue to receive promotional and marketing emails, which is illegal under the Spam Act 2003.

This experience has been bad and I would not recommend purchasing anything from Paire as it will probably never even arrive. Their phone is never answered.

Excellent quality products, service is prompt and friendly. Not cheap, but I wouldn't expect it to be, with the quality and service provided. Am very spoilt with the socks (I've thrown all my non-Paire away) and the towels are just divine. Go on - spoil yourself.

The customer service is just terrible! I placed an order 2 weeks ago (more than $200) and still haven’t received it. I got a tracking number which after one week still showed that the parcel wasn’t picked up. So I emailed many times and they promised to send out a replacement order which still hasn’t happen, after another week. Now I asked them to reimburse me as I need the items and if they are not willing to send them out, I want my money back to purchase somewhere else. Guess what, no response! But in one email they offered me 10% off my next order. Never again!

Paire socks are the most comfortable socks I have worn, but the best thing is that they do t get eaten by my shoes

I brought 6 pairs of socks from Paire and they are the best ones that I ever had. Very comfortable and I look for them everyday in my wardrobe. Highly recommended.
