The drawstring broke after 35 days and about five times wearing them. I contacted the company directly since it was outside the Amazon return window and they would not help me with their product at all, but rather sent a rude email putting certain words in bold. Poor quality products and awful customer service.
This company's customer service is terrible. The jeans didn't fit. I sent them back. Got confirmation from Fed Ex but nothing from the company. Their published refund info said I would receive an email in 5-7 days after they got the jeans. Never happened. I emailed them & got "they were working on it". That was on May 8th. It is now June 5th.

I had bought from before they were great. I ordered two pairs on Jan 3,2025 still no order. Customer service is a joke and no contact number. But they take your money immediately, then tell you they are sorry for your experience and will keep monitoring your order. I do t want them and customer service seems automated now have gone dark.
I ordered a pair of these jeans on Amazon. They didn't quite meet my expectations and I wrote a review about them. Apparently, the pair I got wasn't typical of their quality. Someone from the company reached out to me and offered to send me a free pair of jeans! They were perfect! These are the most comfortable pants in the world. I will definitely buy from them again, they appreciate their customers! Thank you so much!
