I ordered my son Halloween costume and paid extra to insure it would be here before Halloween I have been sending message since Friday since it isnt here and requested a refund they gonna tell me they can only give me a 50% refund when my status doesn't say awaiting fulfillment which it state in their return policy is that it has to be over 24 hours and the status has to say awaiting fulfillment. I will never ever order from this place again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Disgusting on many levels. Ordered 2x fancy dress items 3 weeks before they were required. Paid £18 for express shipping. At no point was it stated this company is based in honkong. Its now partyday and still no notice of shipping. Been offered 50% refund after a bit of tit for tat. Not good enough for a party that has now been missed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Pretty much the same thing everything everyone else is saying. I ordered from them, chose express shipping. One week later and the item hasn't even shipped. Customer service relays the same message over and over again, without any explanation. I requested a refund, and they will only give me a 50% refund... mind you now, they didn't do anything...

Ordered costume late, paid for fast shipping. Costume was exactly as described and came a day early! Very pleased with transaction!

Wish I could give a rating of zero. I accidentally purchased something from their website. I email them as soon as I realized I purchased it to tell them to cancel the order, which is within their 24 hour cancellation policy. I didn’t receive any confirmation email. But I copied the confirmation code on the website page right after purchasing . I gave them to confirmation code so they could cancel the order. They claimed I didn’t have an order. Then they made stuff up saying maybe the transaction didn’t go through. So I leave it alone for a day or two, then I get a notification in my wallet app saying the product is being shipped. I email the company again and ask them to cancel it again and give me my refund. They claim after shipping it, they can’t give me a refund, and urge me to just wait for the product and I’ll like it. Didn’t even offer giving me a return label to send it back. I reported it as fraudulent to my bank. This place is such a scam. Don’t buy from here, like everyone else here has said.

This business is a scam. They shipped me the wrong item and refused to take any responsibility for it. They told me that I would have to return it to China when the shipping address came from a location in California. Once I would return it, I would get only 20% of the cost of my original item. The wrong item I did receive was very poor quality.

Upgraded to ‘express shipping’ (£18!!) so my order would come in time for a birthday but then had an email saying delivery wasn’t expected until 10 days after purchase instead of the 4-6 quoted on the website. I emailed customer service and was told that there is a ‘processing time’ of 3-5 days on top of the delivery! This was not stated at checkout only in some small print in their shipping policy🤦‍♀️ Clearly just a scam. Don’t buy from here.

NEVER BUY FROM THEM. Their pyjamas a substandard. No phone number. No ability to make a return. I emailed them dozens of times and they do not respond.

Took my $$ and never sent product - no valid email address and no phone #. DON'T WASTE YOUR $$!!

I am pleased with Pajamas buy. I ordered a costume which fit too small. I emailed them and they immediately got back to me. They made the process extremely easy. I will be purchasing with them again. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service.

Both fox and ladybug red fit really well, made with good material.

I ordered pajamas from original pajamas when I got them I sent a text I need an address to send these back they do not fit that wasn't months ago I am still calling their company daily to ask for a label I am sending emails daily this company writes we will get in touch with you in 1 to 2 business days I have been texting them and calling them since the end of July it's ridiculous how poor their customer services and everything else I went to UPS S then help me send them back and they found a return label address I'm sorry and the thing so we sent it to that address it was an abandoned building so now still trying to get refund

The quality is so cheap. Cheap polyester that will probably fall apart if you washed it. For the price you pay you’d expect better. I bought 4 x Teletubbies outfits. One of them had the foot sewed on backwards. I took photos and sent it and all they could offer me was 8% off my next order. I would never buy from them again. Cheap quality and overpriced massively.

SCAM.....bought a dress paid delivery & never heard from the company, dress never arrived

Ordered on the 27/06 recieved an email to say confirmed and nothing since it is now 27/06!
Tried to email used the website contact form and nothing back not even a confirmation email to say they will come back to me.

Fraudulent company. Do not use. They take your money, charge extra for express delivery, and never deliver, and do not resolve complaints. Trying to resolve through the bank now. Should of looked here before ordering and feel a bit silly now! First time writing a negative review but feel I need to warn others.

Oh Well. A lesson learned. Quite a nice looking shawl cardigan in the picture. Trouble is the buttons won't fit into the button holes unless you rip the wool to get them through. Incredibly poor quality. I did not know that people manufactured this quality of product. It must be manufactured specifically for the scam as it has no other conceivable use.

Terrible experience with this company. I tried to cancel an order because I wasn’t going to receive it in time for an event. The website is unclear on when you’ll actually receive an item. I didn’t realize it needed 5-7 processing days in addition to 4-6 shipping days. Spent the money on expedited shipping and everything, I should have combed the website more because it is on the website but you have to look for it. The order was awaiting fulfillment. I emailed them 3 times asking for a refund of some kind. They responded each time trying to convince me out of it. Finally I told them I’d take whatever refund I could get. They shipped the item anyway and now I won’t receive any refund. It’s a dishonest and unethical way to do business and I will never order from them again.

I ordered a children's costume and selected the size from their size chart. The costume arrived and was too small. I emailed to initiate a return per their instructions and they replied saying they don't accept retuns on items that are shipped according to what I ordered and they refused to give me their return shipping address. I informed them that I ordered according to their size chart and that the size was incorrect and again asked them for their return shipping address. They have since completely ignored me and refuse to communicate with or assist me. Any other store would accept a return for an item that doesn't fit since you can't try these on before bying!! I ordered according to their provided size chart, and initiated a retirn following their exact process, but they do not care and completely disregarded me, then ignored me. Now I have an usused, unworn costume that cannot be used that I am just stuck with. Bad business, what a scam. I would attach a screenshot of the conversation but don't see an option to do that on here. This company is a scam, they do not practice good business, stay away.
