Stressful and frustrating experience
I really liked the concept of the service and had been using the app until I encountered a problem that caused me a great deal of stress and took up extra time to resolve (fortunately, I didn't lose any money). Essentially, my package was received and scanned through the app at a kiosk, but it went missing after 4 hours when I arrived to collect it. It was an 8-kilogram box containing a CHAIR, so it shouldn't have simply vanished. After numerous exchanges, I managed to obtain a replacement for free from the shop where I made the purchase. However, the entire experience was a complete hassle as I had to track down a delivery person near the kiosk where the previous chair had disappeared, due to them using the same address. It's worth noting that filing a complaint is extremely challenging since the parcel isn't registered under your name and is delivered to a different address. This makes communication with the parties involved (the sender and the delivery service, DPD in my case) much more difficult. Despite the PaketConcierge service's supportive approach, they were unable to resolve the issue caused by their own service. It's fair to mention that they expressed a desire to compensate me for the cost of the lost item, but ultimately couldn't because I received the chair in the end. Unfortunately, no one compensated me for the additional hours I spent dealing with headaches and communicating with the shop and DPD.

Great experience
Super easy process! They also held my package a bit longer because I was traveling. Additionally their whatsapp customer service is very quick and easy for communicating.

Very good service
Very good service. Great app, sending notifications when the packet arrives. We know where is the packet. They don’t send the packet away.it is a big relief (as delivery packages in Berlin is so bad)
