Ordered a side table from them and it was described as “solid wood”.
The table top and base are hollow, the item is made very cheaply with poor materials, and all four legs have gaps where they are attached to the base. Some kind of filler was put in there, but it has shrunk and fallen out.
The top is scratched under the varnish, and there are imprints in the varnish due to something being stuck on there and will not come out. It requires filling, colour matching, a complete sand down and re-varnishing.
Sent an email to them with no response, entered honest feedback on their eBay webpage - they are not interested in correcting their mistakes, and don’t care that the item they are selling you is sub-standard.
If you are thinking of buying from, my advice is don’t!

Had to file a PayPal Case and still waiting for my refund. Cancelled the order and no one is answering the phone or mails.

Ordered a throne chair I got ordered from my throne wishlist. It arrived completely unable to be assembled! Bolts and holes in the wrong places and cm's of where they should be. Its like they delivered wrong parts from another chair.
I tried to contact them and they just never reply.
I have now contacted the ECC to deal with this because I wont just let them steal money.
