Excellent service. Answered the phone, knew exactly what my concern was and promptly answered and put my mind st ease. I was very pleased.

I chose a fabric for conference room chair seats that needed recovering. It's only 5-6 yards. I had shopped around to several sites, and found their prices (for the exact same fabric) to be 30% less than their competition. The site didn't say the fabric I wanted was on backorder, but when I placed the order, they contacted me right away to let me know it was backordered, and when the manufacturer said it would be in. They gave me the option of cancelling or waiting. I chose to wait. Their communication & customer service has been excellent, and I will definitely order from them again.

Swatches sent gratis at the start of the process. Part of my order was delayed and on back order, Palazzo kept me informed of it's staus and didn't hold the 1st part of my order, sending it immediately. It was an extra cost to them for conveniencing me! I saw it as " customer recognition"!

I Upholstered my first project ever and I went to the fashion district in Los Angeles but could NOT find what I was looking for. After hours of sorting through books I found the perfect black and white striped print but it was almost $80 a yard! ouch! A Friend of mine directed me to this website and it has a really easy to use system to filter through all the fabrics they offer in just seconds! I can select color, pattern, type of fabric and can easily view everything they have. Much easier than sorting through oceans of books at a store. And even better they have the exact same striped print that I had found at the fabric store but it is only $50 a yard! much better! And it does get better, you can request up to 6 free samples of fabric with totally free shipping too! And it arrived to my home very quickly, I think just two days, Im sure it depends on where you live. It was then easy to make my choices! This company is efficient in both its fabric selection system and swift shipments! I wish I could upload a picture of my finished couch, the seat and back rest are crushed blood red velvet and the back of the couch has that perfect black and white striped fabric that was simply just too expensive anywhere else!

First of all, I shopped literally thousands of fabrics to find the right one, and Palazzo had it. Then, coupled with the cheerful service and quick delivery, the whole experience was great. I would recommend Palazzo to anyone in a heartbeat.

First, I ordered swatches for a reupholstery project. The swatches are big enough to include all the colors in a pattern and let you get a good feel of what the fabric will look like on the project. After the batch of swatches came, I knew I'd found the perfect fabric and I ordered immediately. My reupholstered chair looks fantastic.

I ordered this material to recover 4 dining table chairs. I was skeptical to order online as it is difficult to judge the color and quality on a computer screen. However....I was blown away at both the color and quality of this material! It stated that it was tested for 100,000 rubs and it (unlike others) was cleanable with solvent based cleans rather than the water based rating of similar material. While I have not yet got my chairs back from the upholster shop I cant speak to the cleaning claim. However I would be shocked if it does not clean great. I assume this will look great on my chairs but if it did not, it will not be the materials fault if I get poor workmanship there. When I took the material and chairs to the shop the Guy also was blown away at the color and quality!!! He said as soon as he looked it over that his suppliers (at least 100) could not come close to this price. He said the cost would be at least double from any of them !!! Do not hesitate to order from this supplier ! This is my first order from them but will be back for any future project that I have.
