Customer service really sucks!, a week since contacting them and nothing since!!
Every single one of there links to customer service on the website does nothing. No one to talk to, just chats that redirect you to a website like justanswers.com or some bullshit and they charge you $1 (refundable!?)

Been using for just a year. Bought the bundle. Support was contacted concering AA batteries not charging will not even responding. I will looking into other battery options
I bought two rechargeable 9v batteries to use in my active bass; they discharged through it and killed my amp. I sent them a very detailed email about it, and they promised to get back to me. Months later, I haven't heard from them despite prompting on my end
I've been using these AA batteries for some months now & they're okay but can be very frustrating to recharge. The charging cords are too short from the USB plug portion to the ones that plug into the individual batteries. Before I know it, the ends fall out of the batteries (slots have also gotten looser over time) & I have to struggle to keep all 4 plugged in till they're fully charged! On plus side, they do seem to hold a charge a little longer than the Rayovac & Energizer ones. By the way, I bought these online April 25, 2024 & got them about a month later.
I really wanted to give this company a good review because I like the batteries and the potential. It's all great until there's an issue. I have 4 relatively new AA batteries that just quit working. According to the charging lights, the batteries are fully-charged, but they won't power up anything. I emailed the company, and we went around and around for a bit, and then, they stopped responding. A warranty is only as good as the company backing it, and I now fear that I've spent hundreds of dollars on toxic junk. 2 stars for potential (maybe should be only 1?).
Not good. Batteries fell apart on first use and I have not heard back from them.
