Definitely a bit of cloak and dagger with the price advertised.
Moving on to the next stage you get hit with different prices.
The original £20 only gets me a digital copy. Bloody hell I could of done this on chat gpt in about 5 minutes. I thought it was for the print and postage which would of been a decent deal.
Please do better than this. And learn from this feedback.

Make things plain and clear on original adverts

I found this company when I was looking for a non-toxic paint. I live in a small apartment with a cat and we both have health issues that can be deepened by chemical substances contained in conventional paints. I had no option of moving out while doing the painting works, hence I was looking for possible ways to repaint the apartment while living in it.

There was a small delay in delivery, which was resolved promptly. Good communication via email from the seller.

The paint itself looked and felt like any other paint with the difference of natural, pleasant, somewhat earthy smell. Application was smooth enough and it looked good once dry. I had a very curious longhaired, shedding creature constantly trying to inspect the works so I was anxious that painted surfaces will attract the fur. However, the paint dried so quickly that I didn't have to guard the surfaces for any longer than an hour or so.

I'll definitely be a returning customer and will make sure to tell everyone who has kids, pets, health issues or are generally interested in making their home healthier. Thumbs up for a company, which really understands how dangerous are chemicals in our environment and household products!

No samples available of the colors we wanted. No answer to email. The paint arrived fine and it's pretty but we just had to risk it.

I bought two colors, nova and burano. Burano is a nice color indeed. Unfortunatly, nova is not what i got...instead a much deeper green. And this is not why i give such a negative review, but because of the non existent customer service that made me think it is a scam. I wrote on instagram and mails, nothing, no answer..not before ordering ,not after. It was not worth the stress...not for me. The colors also did not cover the m2 they indicated online and i would not say that the colors are so resistant as they write on their website (i already scratched it) I feel uncomfortable to write all these, but I cannot keep it for myself. 69 euros is not little money for 2.5l that covered little..i was scared to order more because who knows what i actually get, so I went with other company. Sorry, guys..I was so excited to buy from you, but...hopefully, you can take this as a feedback and change a bit. Success
