Our local window fitting company recommended Palladio doors as a superior product. Right from the start the door didn’t fit properly. To be fair to the fitting company they returned 4 times in 6 weeks to sort the problems.
1. Locking bar misaligned, fitters had to remove and re drill.
2. Sealing gasket on the hinge side kept being squeezed out when closing. Fitters returned on glued the gasket into the channel.
3. The door became difficult to lock after hot weather. The fitters had to return and file the locking plate to allow the door to lock.
4. Again after a period of hot weather the door moved causes the bottom front corner to drop and catch on the frame. Fitters returned to alter hinge to allow door to close.
5. Following the last adjustment I noted the door wasn’t fitting I the frame properly showing a gap on the closing edge. On inspection it appeared the door had warped. This required a company rep to attend and confirm the issue.
Palladio doors sent a replacement door slab at the beginning of December.
This door was fitted last week. Initially perfect. However now we have the same problem with the hinge gasket being squeezed out of the frame.
I don’t expect these issues on a premium door.

Interesting reply from Palladio doors, especially as we don’t have any social media and have not contacted Palladio doors directly to say we were happy.
To add to the issues New Years Eve the rain came in through the letter box and the window cassette. Requiring yet another visits from the fitters.
For balance the company fitting the door have stated that they don’t usually have this many problems

Very poor customer service from this Company. Palladio doors passed me on to their "representative" UK supplier who subsequently took our money and disappeared. It seems I am not the only one ripped off by Palladio doors/Posh door Company. They responded to my first email, but have now ignored every follow up email, not even to confirm if the order was ever placed, so I am left with no alternative but to pursue this through the courts. I personally would recommend that you search elsewhere if you are considering Palladio doors, if they are not even prepared to answer emails from customers defrauded by their installers, I doubt customer service is the priority! If you also have paid for a Palladio door and been fleeced, please join me by reporting to action fraud, and trading standards.

I'm very upset with palladio I thought they was a exceptional company a good reputation we made our order through there recommended distributor in the UK that people have to use, it turned out the distributor was a very dishonest person who shut down his buisness & taking our money the only thing the distributor had done was send the graft for the door but no money & it turns out after my door guy did some investigations its not the 1st time distributor has done it ( the posh door company Lee Sherriff) palladio SHOULD have vetted this person looked into him before trusting to be 1 of there distributor this money was some pension refund money that was owed us so we saved it to have our dream door yeah palladio says we can order directly with then now but that's to late what money am I suppose to pay it with buttons plus it was Christmas plan to have it done before Christmas the stress has made me ill but they don't care dare say they won't even read this or honour our order 😡

We have a Palladio front door only 6 years old and the door has blistered from the sun the window company who fitted the door are no longer in business so I went directly to palladio as it’s one of there doors and they are refusing to sort under warranty because I don’t have a receipt or original order as I can’t get this as the company is not in business anymore.

Bought 100s of these doors over many years. I've fitted and repaired most doors on the market and Palladio is by far the best door I've ever fitted. We fit the doors every week and in the very rare occasions there is an issue the rep Marie is on hand to get things sorted. I've only ever had minor issues like faulty lock barrels etc. The doors always keep their colour and never bow or warp. Even in the hight of summer you rarely need to adjust them unlike most other doors. If you want a premium front door I would highly recommend them!!!

Required some minor adjustments to our new front and back door, contacted Scottish representative Marie who was extremely helpful and arranged for Joe from the factory in Limerick to visit us in Kilmarnock and carry out adjustments if necessary.
This was carried out as arranged, cant thank these individuals enough for sorting out the problems.

Just had a Palladio door installed and well worth the wait and expense - it looks fantastic and highly recommend this composite door above all others!

Absolutely hopeless! Great website but nothing else! Too much time wasted producing several styles of door for quotation then waiting in hope to speak with someone re price delivery and details. Maybe they are no longer in business would explain lack of response!
