Ordered and payed 2 pair of shoes. Palladium has contract with DPD package delivery. Though DPD doesn't have a good and trustworthy name still Palladium make use of this company (because it's cheap). This is my second time it didn't work out.
I was so happy with these boots. They arrived in good time and looked sturdy and awesome. Sadly these boots didn’t even last 4 months before the sole split and started disintegrating. I contacted Palladium and they have ignored me. Absolutely gutted because these are not cheap boots and didn’t even last half a year

Item never arrived, no response from French delivery company or Palladium customer services. I can see I'm not the first person this has happened to. I will also be laiming this back as fraud.
I’ve bought shoes from Palladium before and they’ve been good - have always had good customer service if there’s been an issue.
But now I cannot recommend them. I’ve not received an order I placed, which they said was despatched weeks ago. The tracking number is a waste of time. All my emails have gone unanswered. As another customer did, I’m going to my bank to say this is a fraud and see if they can recover the money I paid.
Ordered shoes from this website,and this brand. After a few weeks, the order never reached me. The tracking number that was sent, is simply invalid, through some shady company Laposte.
Nobody answers phone, or email.
Filling this company as a fraud to the bank, and getting my money back (i hope).
