Complete SCAM

I got was a confirmation email of the purchase which gave a customer service email address to contact if I had any questions. When I tried to question why my boots hadn't arrived, it turned out the email address didn't even exist.

Contacting the Official Palladium Store in the US, they confirmed they only have two websites, Palladium US and Palladium Europe, and any other site claiming to be official Palladium stores are frauds. There is no Official Palladium Australia website.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. Tried to buy shoes for my kid from martenbratislava.sk on 19 May 2023. 1 June we got a Nike hat. At first they would not reply. They only want to refund 55.8%. This was their error. I want to return the hat for full refund but they wrote some BS about no guarantee for returns and won't send shipping label. I didn't even know who sent the hat until I got an email that my package was delivered because there was no invoice.

This is a straight out scam website

This is a straight out scam website. Everything check out okay until you see that the charge on your card is from BindoLB*alimark for an amount higher than was on the checkout form. BindoLB*alimark is a known scam entity scamming individuals all over the world. Whilst palladiumaustralia is registered in australia to a company located in Melbourne, the police appear to be powerless to have the site taken down. Buy from them if you want $5USD sunglasses
