Ordered boots on the 1st of December ....had no notification for a while in regards of shipping..3 days ago I received an email saying due to black Friday and technical issues they realised they haven't got the boots and cancellation and refund will happen in 24 hours I need have not heard of any cancellation or refund

Poor customer service
The boots are great but the customer service is shocking. I have completed 2 forms online and sent an email with no response at all. It took almost 3 weeks for my order to arrive, I kept asking for updates and received nothing. Very disappointed, I really wanted to order a second pair of boots but this experience has put me off from ordering again.

Using Evri Guarantees Problems With delivery

I love Palladiums..
I love Palladiums... I've been wearing them since the 1990's when they were first in the UK, and now have over 20 pairs of them! I love the fact they are always moving with trends, changing their materials and styles, and the latest pair with a slight heel, are incredibly comfortable...as they all are!

Really happy, I always love this brand but for 5 years I took a break for buy it just because I had a problem with the sole, appear holes in and didn’t been more water proof, but about comfortable shoes are the best!
