In May I sent an email to the company regarding a serious account issue that has had a significant personal impact — one I unfortunately can’t recover from. The issue I raised wasn’t just about me; it’s something that could potentially affect others in a similar position.

I was really hoping for a response, or at least an acknowledgment, but I haven’t heard anything back. While I’ve generally had a good experience with the platform itself, the lack of communication around something so important has been disappointing.

I hope the company takes concerns like this more seriously in the future — not just for me, but for others who might face the same situation.

In December last year, I won a competition which consisted of a large cash prize and also a ticket bundle. I then won a prize from the ticket bundle tickets which I also took the cash alternative of. The cash won has paid for my family to go on a luxury all inclusive holiday to Cyprus next week. This page is definitely not a scam and it can definitely be life changing for people. At the end of the day, those complaining don’t realise that it’s a gamble. Not everybody wins, it’s pure luck. Palladium is an amazing site with great opportunities. The cash is paid super fast and I can’t fault anything at all!

I love this competition I’ve won 500 then. 200 and lots of site credits but I do play a lot and it’s claiming it back slowly lol definitely hoping for a big win

I love this site. Don’t always win anything but it’s luck of the draw. The website allows you to put a limit on your account so you don’t over spend. Very kind and professional.

Had the pleasure of getting involved in a freebie Facebook game which lasted a week for a last 👍 commenting and was lucky enough to win , £120 paid out within 24 hours which was amazing .

I’ve been playing nearly a year won few times recently got no luck fair play tbh if you win you win Skye shows how it’s done online making it fair and showing proof when they’ve received their money think it’s jus everyone’s luck if they win they win if they don’t maybe next time, I’ve not had no issue with the website just better luck for everyone next time

Having spent 20 min looking at some of these reviews I can honestly say I feel there is a bit of a witch hunt by competitors here, I joined a couple of months ago and won £250 !and was paid with the time frame they say I also have thr app and have not experienced any problems I have won the odd site credit aswell and although I try and win I've not won since but I guess that's just down to lady luck as for the fb page I've made comments that have not been accepted but again I trust that they are not doing it intentionally so on the whole I think they doing a great job if it's not for you or you want to hate then fine just keep the hate to yourself or the circle you in but DO NOT be vile and get personal with it there is enough hatred in the world without you adding to it so well done skye and liam and team keep up the good work
