I play a little couple of quid here and there , but has a bit of disposable income so spent 20 quid on tickets 1000 tickets it got me , the draw is nowhere to be found and I looked , then check my tickets to find shock of horror none are winners with the draw not even being listed as being drawn , am starting to believe that only inner circle members (i.e friends and family ) win the prizes with very few genuine winners , will not be buying anymore tickets as honestly even 50p site credit might have shown me normal people can win , but the same names popping up on the FB group as instant and big winners kinda leads me to the latter and unless you a friendly wave good bye to any chance of winning anything except an empty wallet

I’ve made comments about the number of tickets on these competions and my posts are deleted.Some of these comps have 600000 tickets and Skye’s posts things like “now’s a great time to enter 30% sold out” or “there’s never been a better time to win” there’s still over 400000 tickets so a ridiculous thing to publish and I also believe it’s misleading the unwise.I see so many comps where you win nothing but site credit! no wonder this specimen is making so much and able to advertise houses.I must admit the charitable donations are a good publicity stunt, taking lots of praises for something that’s nothing more than a tax relief.She also does give aways telling people that you have to like the post and invite friends in order to take part, which of course is just another way to reel in new members.Skys has mastered how to reel in new players and keep people spending, effectively gambling with so little chance of winning.Anything negative said is just deleted so all you see is the winners and positive comments

As you know yourself, palladium is the fastest growing competition site across the uk. With publicity, growth and scale will come attention and not all of it will be positive. We accept that. As you know and have pointed out yourself though we do have 99.999% of a happy community and members who enter our competitions regularly. This speaks volume for our rapid growth.
Unfortunately, we do have auto assist on our social media pages to protect our customers from impersonators who leave links pretending to be us trying to commit fraud therefore, new accounts, recently created Facebook profiles and those leaving trigger words will not be able to comment and Facebook auto assist will remove these. We understand this can be frustrating. We only delete comments whereby these are defamatory or harassing or bullying other members. We would have welcomed your feedback regardless if positive or negative if it is constructive but it appears you only throw insults around. If you comment was deleted I think the way you put this review together is perhaps maybe the reason why yours was.
As you know yourself we do also donate to good causes, charities and local communities which we take pride in and love helping others. Our whole community supports these charities through palladium which we and those who are benefiting are entirely greatful for.

Dodgy site, Be careful
Supposed ‘winners’ are always posting anonymously and there’s fake accounts on there. Loads of other people have been having problems aswell with contacting them but when it comes to taking your money there’s no issues there. I’d stay far away from these competition sites as there’s so many popping up nowdays and a load of them are scams

Constantly sending me messages via sms! When I message OPT OUT it tries to charge me. ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY!
Also. Look at the 5 star reviews! None are verified users and saying “got £500 for giving a 1 star review” it makes no sense and obviously the reviews are fake. Reported
EDIT: 17/02/25. I have had an email from Trustpilot stating my review has been flagged for defamatory content from the company.
People need to know that signing up or buying any tickets they will send you marketing messages all the time even when you try to opt out. When I mentioned it as being a scam , the company have just confirmed by flagging my review and probably all the other 1 star reviews.
I only leave 1 star reviews if absolutely necessary if I can’t resolve the matter with the company , that way they usually get the message and they’ll sort it out but on this occasion they haven’t.

Customer service is non existent all my messages are read then ignored. Glitches on the site constantly leading to loss of tickets with no help, they’re happy to take your money but if anything goes wrong don’t expect to get it back.

Don’t believe the page is fair
Although this site is rated as legit and legal, I have asked question after question and don’t get a response, I have written 3 posts which get ignored but then from others they are getting accepted so someone is clearly approving posts, I have had near on 1000 tickets if not more across 2 days and diff comps but never won a penny, all the winners seem to post anonymously and most of the people on the page seem to be influencers so wouldn’t suprise me if they were getting paid to promote the page, someone could ask a question and it’s almost like a generated response of congratulations or good luck, erm that hasn’t answered the question, which makes it look like a lot of it is fixed, I’m all for competitions and raffles but on the lives I have screen shot the names pages and literally not seen my name once, 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

We receive a very high number of requests to post daily (apx 6,000), & apx 15,000 comments, this makes it unrealistic to see every persons post/comment and/or approve them all. We do allow anonymous posts within our group based on feedback from users who were fleeing domestic violent relationships or those who didn't want family members asking for money because they won- which is reasonable', however, if you scroll through our group you will see that the majority in fact are not anonymous. With this being said, we would appreciate any feedback you could provide which could allow these users to remain anonymous but also address your concerns that we allow this.
I appreciate you have had 1,000 tickets we have competitions starting from 2p with hundreds of thousands of entries. You could enter with one ticket and win as one of our winners did yesterday they had a single entry costing them £4.99 and won £10,000. In your case you had 1,000 over various competitions and didn't, we have no control over the numbers you get. Please be aware have features on our websites that also allow you set limits.
When you are mentioning that you cannot see your name, as mentioned above we have competitions with hundreds of thousands/millions of entries, if we scrolled through an entry list during a draw to show everyone there name within that list we would be there hours. We do however, advise that entry lists are published on the website during the draw which you can refer to alongside your order email confirmations and orders within your account. If your number was generated during a live draw you would then see your entry and number as you have a record of these and we show the winning entry on the entry list during the draw.

I've won a few times on the site. Can take upto a week to get winnings and any contact to the company is near impossible. If you ask questions that may come across a certain way you'll get ignored or blocked. They do live draws when they feel like it. Seems really unprofessional. People are still waiting for draws that should have been done three days ago now. Shes currently on holiday in Miami says she's has no Internet but there's posts promoting comps yet no sign of draws. Overall it's a legit site but HIGHLY unprofessional. Some comps are a joke anyway you spend £20 on a ticket and get 1p credit. Also the site dosent update a winning ticket veey quick. I've bought tickets before thinking about high instant win is still there and it's not, so that needs sorting too. Quite a lot of instant wins are ticket bundles which I've seen not a lot of people really want.

Hello all of our prizes go out within 72 working hours where this doesn’t happen is due to an extremely high number of wins in the same time frame or a number being incorrectly put on an account which results in us having to chase up our winners. Normally our wins go out within 24 hours 99% of the time.
All instant wins show in real time, and when entering it’s the chance you take you will not always win. We do recommend that you set limits on your account to prevent you spending too much.

I love the site and the competitions are fantastic. Cheap to play if you haven’t got much money. The only issue I have is trying to speak with an admin is very hard and I know they have thousands of people asking questions

I think what this website does is…
I think what this website does is amazing especially with the fact you can win £100+ by playing as little as a couple of pence is.
However the customer service from them is terrible, very quick to accept your posts in the group if your posting winnings but when its actual queries dont expect your post to be accepted or recieve any communication back.
I won a ticket bundle at the very very start of december and never recieved it, they were changing over websites at the time which i put the delay in receiving it down to but its nearly 2 months later and i have absolutely nothing, my post was accepted almost straight away after posting my winnings but when i have tried to make a post to ask where the were, which iv tried 3 different times now, all of my posts have just sat in pending yet theres thousands of posts a day accepted to show off prizes and people asking the same questions over and over about how to play or claim.
I understand cash prizes are a priority and dealt with first however it feels very delibrate that their ignoring people in regards to any other types of winnings.
