I decided I needed to change the drab way the alcoves looked in my dining room. I have seen how using wood could look but I didn't want to use new wood as it was unnecessary. I came across Pallet boards on the internet. They were good on price and delivery. Even when I had a problem with the first order of wood they listened and sent me another delivery. Fantastic company would definitely recommend and use again

FANTASTIC COMPANY
I bought some pallet boards from Palletboardsuk and was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the service. It is a fantastic company to get recycled wood from. I bought the wood to make some storage boxes and also made a rustic sideboard to use as a TV unit.
I would certainly recommend this company!!

First order took longer than I thought…
First order took longer than I thought but after a quick email to Chloe it was sorted. Wasn’t in a rush anyway so didn’t mind. Realised halfway through my project that I wasn’t going to have enough! Quick email and Chloe sorted it straight away!! This time I was in rush as was due to have carpet fitted! Received the second order within two days!! Finished project looks great! Thank you again Chloe and thanks Palletboards!

Great quality wood
Ordered 5 square meters of charred pallet wood and I was very pleased with the quality especially once installed on my office wall it looked fab. Buying the wood was easy on the site and the prices were very reasonable

Poor service
Not happy! The company communicated on the 17th 10 days after placing order, that there is a delay with staff illness and our order would be with us by the 23rd, inconvenient but it is what it is.
Today the 24th, further communication today indicates another week delay.
On both occasions i have booked contractors based on PalletBoardsUK communication.
Poor service, poor communication.
Update: Nov 24th- Order cancelled by Palletboard - no email, no explanation, money refunded.
What a shocking experience.

Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm we updated you twice prior to the 17th by email updating you with progress. We did have staff off due to illness during this period which held up a small batch of orders. If possible, customers are asked to inform us of any trades booked at the time of ordering so we can ensure orders are on site in time to avoid any issues, however we weren't informed about this. A full explanation was sent by email twice which you replied to on both occasions and were in acceptance of both. We were unable to reach a agreeable outcome with the customer on this occasion and the order was cancelled and fully refunded

Fantastic service throughout
As a shop fitting business we were tasked by a retail store to source and fit reclaimed wood for their new store. I stumbled across pallet boards website which was just what we were looking for. I got in touch to discuss our clients project and spoke to Ian who was very helpful throughout. We had a tight deadline for the client and this was met no problem. Ourselves and our client was over the moon with the pallet wood. Great service throughout and great quality wood. We have already started planning our next client project
