The Olive Tree is wonderful I couldn't ask for a more beautiful tree, and a palm exactly what I was expecting. The chaps who delivered were lovely. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars was the communication was poor after purchase.

I have to say that the plant itself was excellent.so why the not so great review.WELL one word delivery.if you are going to charge 40 pounds for so called tracked delivery,which takes 10 days ,which there was no communication and you advertise as being 3 days ,then I’m sorry but palm and olive ,you really do need to up your game ,with your couriers.im going to bite my nose off to spite my face on this ,wouldn’t buy from you again ,which will be my loss ,because the tree fern was great ,but the aggro ,not worth it .

Outstanding what more could I add, apart from I was so happy with my tree I purchased another two 🙌🙌

Delivered to our rural location within week of ordering which was pleasantly unexpected considering some previous reviews. Great contact with delivery driver on day ( but could have done with some prior warning as we were out and live in terrace directly on road ) driver did well and left in neighbours side gate. Olive tree as described and looked very healthy … so far great thanks !

Cancelled delivery

Just had some pots and plants delivered for my newly landscaped garden and they’re beautiful.
The guys were extremely helpful and friendly and the delivery was quicker than expected!
10/10 would recommend.

Ordered a pot for £300, told I had to pay another £400 if I wanted the pot as they claimed it was the wrong price. The site is still actively selling the pot for £300 on there website over a week later.

Avoid at all cost nothing but a con / fraud trying to rip people off for more money after they have paid.

I am usually nervous about ordering online from companies I can’t find reviews on so decided to call the number listed on the website before placing my order. I spoke to a man called Ahmad who was very helpful and gave me the assurance I needed to place the order. 3 days later my lovely Teak bench arrived as planned and looked better than in the pictures. Ahmad could not have been more professional and everything was as described and promised, he even took away the empty boxes for me. I will definitely use this company again and my wife is already looking at their great selection of trees and plants.
