I’ve been using PSA for quite sometime…
I’ve been using PSA for quite sometime now and have always had a great experience. I’ve noticed that they’ve started supplying suppressors and called into get some info. Regina took my call and was super professional and at the same time very personable (which is a hard to come across these days). She took the time to walk me through the steps of getting a suppressor shipped to my door and even emailed me a short video explaining everything. Great customer service Regina, you’ve made a customer for life.

Great Customer Service
Marie was super helpful! She helped me address the issue I had with my FFL, and proactively noted a potential second issue with my order - giving me the chance to look into it before the order shipped (potentially with problems). She didn’t have to mention the second issue she saw, but she did, and this allowed me to ensure that the order is as it should be. Thank you, Marie!
