Ordered an item and received a…

Ordered an item and received a confirmation email. Had paid £10 next day delivery...2 weeks later and still radio silence after 5 or 6 emails and several webiste enquiries.

Eventually heard back that due to "technical issues" my order needed to be cancelled and I was to be refunded then...silence again. No refund as of yet and cant contact them. The phone number they sign at the bottom of their emails is a digit short! Scam artists
