This is my second review

This is my second review. I purchased a gift from Pamly back in January 2025 for February for Valentines Day. It took a long time to get a reply to several messages I sent wondering where the product was. I was then hoping for my wife's birthday in April. I crossed my fingers for Mothers Day. Needless to say, it is almost November. I have moved from Germany to the United States and I only received on reply from my previous review, that wasn't fixed and one for my several emails, that wasn't resolved. I stopped asking for the product and just wanted a refund. No dice. Ziltch. No more messages from Pamly.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, poor order tracking, no communication and response to inquiries. Ordered my package since June 2025 and has not yet been delivered.
I would not recommend at all this service. Order at your own risk

Poor service - long delays in receiving order

I'm very disappointed with the customer service, and upset that I have still not received my order. I made the order on 25th July 2025, over 2 months ago.

I've tried to reach out to the customer support team via email 3 times now and Facebook/Messenger messages twice, but did not receive a single response yet.

When I tried to go to their Facebook and Instagram pages, I get a message saying "Page not found or does not exist", which is very suspicious indeed.

The website suggests to use the "Shop" app to track the order's delivery status and it still shows as "Preparing shipment".

Don’t buy!!! They’re a huge scam!!!

They took the payment and didn’t deliver the product. Every attempt to reach them via email and IG was in vain. I ordered since July 12 and didn’t receive the product. My mistake was, not checking the comments on their IG page(which has now disappeared by the way) before making my order because apparently they’ve scammed a lot of people. Don’t fall into their scam.

I order this first week of June and…

I order this first week of June and they sent it to me on August, when the shipping policy said 3 days. I have tried to be in contact with them and thay never replied. I want to return it back because I don't need it anymore, but they didn't reply even when their policy is to email them before the return of the product for the refund.

Pamly is a scam!!!

I placed an order for the massage belt on the 13th of June 2025 and I am yet to receive my order as of todat 26th August 2025.
The order number is 11037 and when I track the order it says it has been delivered. The problem is that I was never contacted by any delivery company for this item and I have checked in my building and can not find the item as well.

I am unable to find details of the local delivery company that handled the delivery within Canada.

Pamly's support team has been unresponsive to my emails and webforms that I have sent/submitted.
