An easy and seamless ordering system. All products come just as displayed and they are packaged beautifully. Highly recommend the Alpha Male Luxury Pamper Hamper. My son loved it, especially the plush robe.

Hamper delivered quickly but unfortunately to the Post Office and not home address, however benefit of the doubt it could have been returned to the Post Office due to no one being at home. However great service overall and will utilise Pamper Hamper again.

Your delivery was as within the 2 days…but that was not what was requested.
Your delivery was as within the 2 days as expressed on your Website. However, I expressly asked for this to happen on day 3 (i.e. Wednesday) as that was when my daughter-in-law's birthday was. Instead you delivered on Tuesday evening. Not sure why you have a spot on your online booking for message/comments if you don't heed it.

We are humans doing our best to deliver on the requested dates however when it comes to birthdays/special occasions, we use our best judgement to ensure it will be delivered in time for the special day. Hi Jack, thank you for your feedback. We don’t charge for express deliveries. All our gifts go on the fastest service available from StarTrack, regardless of the cost to us. Your order was placed on Friday and was picked up by our courier on Friday. Our website states that couriers don’t work on weekends and public holidays. As your gift was going to WA, Monday was a public holiday and the state is currently in lockdown. It has been delivered today (Tuesday), which is within our guided timeframes.
