I think they’re on the stage of fully rebranding their company, so unfortunately we won’t see old pamura like it was before. For sure I like changes. Everything good reaches the point where there is no way back and certain improvements need to be made.
It’s not that I was a super loyal customer of theirs, more it was a shopping preference of my girlfriend. Still the experience was decent. Normal prices, everything that is needed, customer service is pretty nice and friendly. I can say that it was a wow effect and something outstanding about them. Let’s see how it will be after the update.
