Señor Juan Carlos. En el caso de los pagos retrasados, estos generan una mora del 7% mensual, que se establece en su contrato y que se proratea diario para ser justos y darle la oportunidad al cliente de pagar menos, si se atrasa poco. Adicional a esto el cliente está en libertad de informar el día de pago que le quede más cómodo antes de la firma del contrato e incluso cambiar de fecha después de desembolso; todo con el fin de que el cliente pueda realizar sus pagos a tiempo. A diferencia de muchas instituciones recibimos pagos parciales, diarios, semanales, quincenales, mensuales; todo para que el cliente pueda cumplir con sus obligaciones de una manera más tranquila. Y adicional a su fecha de corte se le dan 5 días de gracia.
