Order didn’t get delivered on time. Flowers got delivered 3 days after delivery day. By the time the flowers were delivered they were in really bad shape. I paid shipping but Sarah said the shipping and delivery day wasn’t not guaranteed when there’s nothing on the site that advices that in there, only advice the different time for the delivery either morning delivery or afternoon, I choose afternoon delivery and never got delivery on the day it was supposed to be deliver and totally ruin my surprise. I would never order from this company again, I really won’t recommend anybody to buy flowers from this company.

Received a bouquet of roses on my birthday.
They are not fresh at all and have started to die. Roses look dreadful and dehydrated.
I know the sender from abroad paid a high price for this bouquet and it is a shame that this company is being dishonest about the quality of its products. Shame on you Panamy for taking advantage on people's kindness.

Don’t order with them! They used old flowers that did not look nice nor fresh at all and didn’t even deliver in the color we wanted (they were white instead of pink). They are also not available when you send them emails or try to call. Very expensive for poor quality

We just received a stunning bouquet that I ordered for my fiancée. Everything was perfect. Also loved the beautiful stationary my message was written onto. I will definitely order again

Wonderful as always, my girlfriend loved it! I had to change the delivery-date twice because as she was travelling and the customer service was really helpful in accommodating my changes.

Tried to contact support months ago, still have no answer. Used to order quite frequently from them, last two orders were awful, the flowers were broken and ruined. Might be the fault of Postal service but since I had no answer from the support I guess they just do not really care about their customers.

An excellent service and prouduct, everything was perfect executed! The customer service is what really got me to put a review, they were very kind and helpful through the whole process, can’t thank them enough for making the day special!
