Rigid customer service and no refund possible

I am very disappointed with Pandadoc's customer service. I subscribed to the free one-month trial and forgot to cancel the subscription on the very same day. As a result, I was charged €32 and immediately contacted customer service to request a refund, as I ultimately wouldn’t be using the paid version. They refused to help despite my two requests. I explained that I’m a solo entrepreneur and simply can’t afford it. I’m really disappointed – their lack of flexibility and empathy is striking. I will no longer use Pandadoc and will not recommend it to others.

Shut this business down already

Idk who’s the manager but they need fired and kicked outta office for firing people jus because they want to one of there former employees Travis was let go and replaced because they found someone cheaper per hour to pay that’d pathetic and I think this company needs to start taking accountability for there actions and not blame other employees for there faults not to mention I’ve never had a good experience with panda doc because there who network system website and support system is garbage the day this company crashes and goes out of business is the day America will be great again 🙄

Absolute scam artists.

Used their "free trial" which didn't allow me to actually use their basic features, so was forced to upgrade (after being told I only needed a basic paid account to test whether or not their systems worked for me).

I was then forced to upgrade again, and then found out that my testing surpassed their limits and I'd have to pay more money.

This whole platform is a grift. Go elsewhere. Their support are liars and this is merely a cash grab. They copied and pasted a sentence from their encyclopaedia of terms, which didn't even make sense when I asked for a refund.

Avoid at all costs.

Cancel in Advance!

Don’t forget to cancel your subscription in advance. Tried to cancel my membership on the day of billing and receive a refund. The way their guidelines are set up they don’t have to give any refunds.

SUPPORT IS SHIT

If you are after forms or template with signature and integration with some CRM, it's ok.

If you wish to add more, and requiring urgent attention. BAD LUCK! Running almost 3 days to get a simple onboarding of additional seat to a workspace. Sent me multiple (6) emails with one touch onboarding.. but cannot sync or automatically be integrated with a simple click, no other instructions provided so was left on requesting support -- TOOK ME ALMOST 3 DAYS TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF IT. WAITED TO MATCH THEIR TIMEZONE ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE SUPPORT.

I DO NOT USUALLY GIVE BAD REVIEWS AS I ALWAYS TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS SIDE BUT THIS IS JUST SHIT ESPECIALLY IF YOU ALREADY PAID, FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS AND THEIR SYSTEM IS THE PROBLEM.

Complete scam

Complete scam. My son spoke to a Jordan from PandaDoc got a 5,000 dollar loan to pay himself from Affirm under my sons name . We tried cancelling not even 9 hrs later but the loan had already been paid to Joran at PandaDoc, he said he can’t cancel cuz he already got his money and my son has to pay affirm. Stay away from this it’s a complete scam. Might have to get a lawyer to help. There is no contact number to call PandaDoc directly.

The worst digital company I have ever…

The worst digital company I have ever used. Customer service is terrible and every response to an issue is from a bot with a ready made answer. I canceled my membership the day they renewed it and they REFUSED to refund my $588. We went back and forth for days, and there was a refusal to a refund. They send so many marketing emails. anything of substance regarding membership gets lost. Each email from them was AI generated and robotic. Forget dealing with a real human who can help you. I feel 100% fleeced.

Absolute worst

Absolute worst. Go with Docusign. Half of their features don't work. You can't even group checkboxes to make one required. Their online fax integration no longer works. Their Google Drive add on doesn't work. They don't have customized date formats except for those they have chosen (missing some important ones). And their customer service is TERRIBLE. Absolutely pits. Worst company. When asking if we could add mm/dd/yy as a date format, we were told "it's not a priority for us." So, we had to cancel our account before ever using it, and they wouldn't refund us either (even though we have multiple other accounts with them). We are switching everyone to Docusign. A more trusted company anyway.

Avoid it

Stay away from this product. The service is quiet limited in terms of customization and editing and has a terrible UI. On top of that, the customer service is very slow, taking days to respond. They also have frequent outages which means sometimes I can not even access my documents.

Must AVOID at all costs

Must AVOID at all costs, there support team is appalling and hardly gives a response apart from saying "try logging in and out" , paid £53 for the business feature for it not work whatsoever, you must avoid this company and it should be listed under scam, if it was up to me i wouldnt even allow this company to have an SSL certificate as they have taken my money and not provided the service, the support system is non existent, PLEASE AVOID at all costs

Avoid them

I would advise everyone to avoid them and go with another Vendor. My subscription just got renewed, which I didn't realise. I requested a refund within a few days and, they refused it. Strange. Terrible service.

Abysmal experience so far
