TitleTitle: Terrible service, no real overseas roaming, and a broken platform

I normally don't write bad reviews, but I was so disappointed with Pandamobile. My experience has been incredibly frustrating due to three major issues:

Abysmal Customer Service: Their online agents take 15 minutes just to reply with a pre-scripted message before completely disappearing. Worse, no one ever answers their customer service phone number, and they never call you back after you leave a voice message.

Deceptive Overseas Roaming: They do not provide actual cellular roaming service overseas—it is just a data package. Any phone calls you need to make will be strictly Wi-Fi or data-based.

Broken Platform: Once you use up your data, you can’t even buy more. When I tried, an agent told me that the function isn't available on their "new platform." Are you joking?
