Ordered and received the goods in a surprisingly short time to the EU, support questions were answered promptly and politely, I'm eyeing up my next purchase!

I ordered frame, wheels, spare parts...everything went smoothly and without hiccups whatsoever (shipment to EU).
besides that communication is/was always quick, responsive and helpful. PP is always my #1 site for checking/purchasing Chinese frames and wheels/parts.

Had a query about paying tax and delivery on a potential set of wheels. The Panda podium boys and girls got back to me super quick with the answers I needed. No bs just sensible answers. I orderd the wheels. Farsports EVO S6. They arrived quickly with plenty of updates as to where they were. They are absolutely stunning wheels. I am super fussy and can't find anything I'm not happy with. No rim tape needed (tpu tubes) and i can fit and take off Continental GP5000 tubed tyres 30mm without tyre levers. I am of an age when we used to use 18mm tubs inflated to 150psi for TT'ing don't race now but these wheels are so fast it's unbelievable absolutely unbelievable. I thought it was just the 'new wheel' factor but I've lent these wheels to 3 other people now and they were as amazed as I was. One of my friends is going to be buying a set because he tried mine! So Thank's to Joe and staff for a great product and quick good customer service oh and a free pair of socks and lightweight back pack. Look forward to buying from panda podium again soon!

I have brought a wheelset from Panda Podium recently and the experience was seamless, like i was ordering direct from the UK. their email correspondence for any questions I had were answered quickly and delivery was much quicker than expected. I have no issue with using them again for another purchase and I have already recommended them to many friends to use as a trusted provider.

The Team from Panda answered very quick and very friendly. They even switched two settings after placing the order. The quality of the parts and the whole process is very good! I am a happy customer. Ordered a Quick Pro frameset half a year ago. Honestly, I was surprised that 1 pack of small details for the frame was not included, but in a week, I got all the parts from guys. I guess I will buy a gravel frame soonish:)

I contacted Panda Podium regarding a power meter, crank, chain rings and Titanium axle to ensure that they would be compatible for my use. I quickly received back confirmation that this was a good combo and that the products were in stock. When I ordered I received a follow up to say that the order was received and a timescale of when it would be dispatched. I was so happy with this service as this kind of service delivery just doesn't exist any more outside of Panda Podium. I received the parts in a short while, everything was as described and I must say the quality of the Cybrie carbon crank, Ti axle and Carbon chainrings was even better than I had anticipated. Totally happy with the products and service, all comes highly recommended and 12 months on and 14k later all is just as good. Trust Joe and his team, buy the best from the best.

It was a straight forward process ordering from Panda Podium. I ordered the PMT Elegant helmet with MIPS. Paid the money and the helmet was delivered in less than a week. That’s all you could ask for.

I have bought a number of items from Panda Podium over the last few years including 2 wheelsets. Both wheelsets have been excellent in terms of quality and performance. Value implies cheap but when the products are better all round than the big 'Western brands' and are cheaper, its a mute point - and a bonus!
They've been great with advice (recommending alternatives) over email and I've referred them to friends who have also had great experiences. Shipping to Australia has been really fast - 2 weeks max.

First of all I am a big fan on Joe and China cycling for some time now and I really value his work but…I am saving money for a frame upgrade and I missed the Black Friday sale due to budget constraints. I reached out to the sales support and fair enough I got the response that that’s not possible but the way it was communicated was far from good customer experience.
