I ordered from this company and paid for both products and shipping. I received an email saying that they miscalculated the shipping cost and I needed to pay more. When I advised them it was their mistake to rectify and they need to send my products, they sent me another email stating that they would offer me coupons for future orders, all th while my products are being held up. I will not be using this company again!!

I ordered a specific lenght of bags. 26 cm
I got 10000 bags of 23 cm!
Trying to have them replaced with no succes

I can't say I've never had a problem but when I have it has very quickly and courteously been addressed and sorted out. I love this company and have now bought around $10,000 worth of goods over 5 years. They have always been prepared to listen and systematically sort out issues whether it be postage or goods. I enjoy beading as a hobby with a group of friends and have found that their supply base means I don't need to shop elsewhere.

I emailed prior to placing an order. It was a simple supply order for 2000 each of 2 difference clear front zip lock bags. The reply I received said "Please don't worry that both opp bags are in stock, it can be ready very soon after payment", so I ordered on 9/8. When I inquired on 9/11when my order would be shipping, was emailed "our normal order time of 15 to 20 days". Emailed back that if order was not shipped by 9/16 to cancel and refund. Their reply was "will try our best to ship out on Sep.16; if it can not be shipped out on Sep.16, we will cancel it and refund you", which of course they would not be doing till 9/16. I can order elsewhere and HAVE from China by 9/16.

They claim they are a wholesaler. It appears they are a broker who does not inventory ANYTHING. My suggestion is order elsewhere if reliability or honesty matters to you.

I have spent close to $4k with them. They didn't finish some of my items for over 3 months. As a result they didn't ship those with the others items. I have a business to run, I couldn't wait on all of my inventory for the time it took them They tell you when you place your order that it will be 15 to 20 days. If they can't produce them in that time they should give you 50% off and pay for shipping. Instead they charged me extra shipping. In my large order of $2300 I received over $300 in poorly made products. When I requested a return they said they would pay me back for the mailing labels! So, I paid for postage and the items came back returned to sender. They also reported incorrect prices to customs. Lastly, $90 in my coupons have expired. All of this has cost me over $800. There is nothing you can do about it. Getting money refunded from them took 2 weeks! They aren't a company you can complain to the Better Business Bureau about so your just screwed over and over again. Mostly through all of this not only did I loose product but very valuable time. If they cared about their customers, stood behind their products and adhered to their posted time frames than I would not be in the least bit hesitant to continue to place large orders. However, now I have no confidence at all.

They offer you coupons for being a new customer, but the coupons don’t exist. Email them, sent a contact us email 3 weeks ago, no response. They continue to send me emails trying to get me to purchase.
