Pandia has made getting my specific birth control pills so much easier than my traditional pharmacy. My body needs a certain brand and with Pandia I can be certain to get that every time. I've consistently had a fabulous experience with Pandia, and Joy is just one example of this. I have ADHD and often forget to do important things like refill medication on time. Pandia timely updates me on my rx, and makes sure I know of deadlines to fill it. If I don't follow up in time, I am given consistent, kind communication to make sure I'm up to date. This means the world to me, because it is so easy for me to remember steps on time.

Joy is an example of why I continue to use the service. She made sure I knew it was time for my refill, and responded in a way that let me know it was a real person on the other end. She also followed up in response to the timeline I gave her, because I forgot to do so. I really wish all prescriptions communicated with me this way. Thank you your help!

Pandia Health has always been great to work with. I’ve never had issues with them for years. They always help stay on top of my refills. I never have to keep track of it because they do it for me. It’s always fast, easy and simple process. I recently forgot to do my refill for quite some time and I just messaged them, within a few minutes AZUL helped me refill my prescription so easily so I didn’t have to worry about it.
