Extremely slow delivery
The products are great but the service was not at all as I expected!
The delivery took more than 3 weeks because it was, at first, sent to the wrong country. When I started calling customer service I ended up calling every single day for a week before my order, finally, was sent to me in the right country. The people, from custom service, were always nice but for some reason they could not speed up the proces as they work in DK but the products are sent from Sweden.
I wish Panduro had a possibility (at least during the lockdown) to order online and collect at the your local shop instead.

Good prices but the main reason I…
Good prices but the main reason I decided to order it through panduro was due to the comments about the good shipping. But I’m disappointed to say that i found the shipping process absolutely disappointing, after almost one week the order is still just being handled in the warehouse and has not been sent. I truly hope that it arrives before the end of the month and would advice you to either pay the extra money for express shipping (if you wish to have it whitin a weeks time) or to go somewhere else.
