Customer service is second to none
Customer service is second to none. A call to say they are processing our order and would we like it matched to our previous order and then the goods turned up 2 days later will be back for more!

Great value product and excellent service
I ordered 4 panels for a great price. This was followed up with a call from them to confirm details and delivery
A few days later I then needed to order an additional one (my fault for not measuring correctly the first time!), and that was followed by an email to confirm that precise ones I'd ordered the first time to ensure a match.

Highly recommend, service and product great.
We visited the showroom which was in the middle of being sorted but Imogen showed us the different panels and fully explained everything throughly. We ordered and paid online the same day, the day after we got an email to say everything would be delivered 3/4 days later. Our panel hub walnut panels were delivered on time, the delivery diver was very professional and I would highly recommend.

Second order from Panel Hub
Ordered my second order from Panel Hub recently. 14 panels and 4 end trims to finish our living room project. From placing my order to having it delivered, the communication from Panel Hub was first class. The panels are excellent quality and are at an affordable price. Very pleased with service and product
Very pleased with service and product- this was a second order to extend my original project, and other family members had also ordered after seeing mine. Unfortunately, the second set of panels didn't match the first, but this was quickly and courteously rectified, the panels being exchanged free of additional charge within two days.

The panels were great , the end capping was rubbish .
Love the panels got them on the welland they look great , but the end piece that I paid £10 for is rubbish. All it is floor bead for laminate flooring to finish it off . Not worth the money I paid and doesn't Evan match up or do the job , other than that everything else was perfect .

Outstanding service
Was a bit dubious as I’ve never heard of the website, but I did some research and found out they were genuine,after placing my order they were delivered within two days and the delivery driver was extremely polite basically couldn’t ask for a better service and don’t forget the amazing price… would definitely purchase again if needed
