This company have been amazing, acoustic panels exactly the same quality as B&Q but 1/3 of the price.
This is my 3rd order.
Easy to cut and stick to to wall brilliantly.

Delivery discrimination
I placed an order for acoustic panelling from Panel Hub on 25/04/2026. My order was confirmed and email confirmation was provided. Unfortunately the next day, the company emailed me to inform me that they could not deliver to my address as I don’t live on the UK mainland. I live in the North of mainland Scotland and have access to roads that don’t require horse and cart or getting wet feet. It’s very tiresome to experience this kind of geographical discrimination in 2026, particularly from a company offering “nationwide express delivery”. The company representative acknowledged that my address is on the UK mainland but claims they still can’t deliver for some made up reason. I would avoid using this company as they don’t seem to have much of a business head and are very small minded.

Firstly, we’re genuinely sorry for the disappointment and frustration you experienced regarding delivery. We understand how important it is to have clear expectations at the point of ordering, and we appreciate why this situation felt inconvenient from your perspective.
However, we do need to be very clear about our delivery network. While your location is technically on the UK mainland, our current courier and pallet distribution partners operate within a defined service boundary that extends up to Inverness. Beyond this point, including parts of the far north of Scotland, we are unable to provide direct home delivery due to carrier limitations, routing constraints, and cost structures outside of our control.
This is not a reflection on your location personally, and it is certainly not intended as “geographical discrimination.” It is simply a logistical boundary we must work within at present to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective delivery for all customers.
As soon as your postcode was identified as outside of our direct delivery zone, our team contacted you promptly and offered an alternative solution of delivery to a freight or logistics hub in Inverness for onward collection or delivery. This is a standard and widely used solution for remote areas, and one we were fully prepared to facilitate to ensure you still received your order.
That said, we do genuinely regret that we were unable to fulfil your delivery directly and understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for. Your feedback has been noted, and we will continue reviewing our logistics coverage as we grow.
