Can I say it was fantastic service, very refreshing to able to speak to a person. I was phoned to check my order was complete. I was then kept informed on delivery.

I’m a carpenter by trade so use howdens a lot for my materials. I have been looking into using this panelling for several months , but have always been held back from the price even at trade price ! I discovered
Panel Hub and there prices. I went back into howdens joinery as they say they won’t be beaten on price ! Ie price match ! However after a long conversation they clearly would not price match to this company , and the manager even said he has no ideal how they can this acoustic panelling at this price , so told me I’d be crazy not to use panel hub ! Another carpenter came into the howdens joinery shop over hears the conversation and said - and I quote ‘ use panel hub there great and still have the same quality ‘
So I booked and ordered from panel hub , the delivery guy was amazing as not being home he moved all our bins so that be could place the boxed panels behind under cover ! I’ve since opened the boxes as as true as the other customer to howdens joinery said , they are exactly the same quality . Couldn’t be happier I’ve saved over £200 using panel hub , you’d be absolutely stupid not to order from this company . I will be spreading this news to all the other carpenters and tradesmen I work with as this is a gold mine for winning jobs on price

Great Service with Amazing Customer Service!
This company was recommended to us for acoustic wall panels. I also saw them advertising on Facebook, ordering from them was really easy. We had acknowledgment straight away via email and also received a courtesy call to state they had received an order and they informed me of my delivery date which was also followed by a text. Panels were well packaged. I would highly recommend as a company.

Poor service
I purchased a few products from this company. They arrived damaged. I flagged this up straight away and then followed up with pictures. They initially said they would refund/replace, but kept on making excuses. Very poor customer service

I can see from your order history that this relates to a purchase made around 5 months ago, and you reported that several panels were damaged after delivery. When this was first raised, we asked you multiple times to provide clear pictures showing the actual damage to the panels so we could properly assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
However, the images provided showed the panels still inside the packaging, and we were unable to identify any visible damage from those photos. We explained at the time that we need to see the actual damage in order to process any claim. We also advised that without clear evidence of the fault, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
As per our website policy, any issues must be supported with a few clear photos of the damaged goods so we can investigate and resolve them fairly. We shared this with you during our communication as well. Unfortunately, despite requesting this several times, we didn’t receive images that clearly showed the reported damage.
You also mentioned that the panels had already been fitted to the wall, which meant you no longer had access to the damaged items for inspection or photography. Without being able to verify the issue, we’re not able to process claims based on packaging alone. This process is in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.
We’re always happy to help resolve genuine issues, but we do need cooperation from both sides so we can properly assess what has happened. If you are still able to provide clear images of the damage, we would of course be happy to review the case again.
