Wish I could give negative. They are fraud don't wast for time. You fins obe they take you to another just keep going down the rabbit hole until you o u stop or the survey will just stop gid sakes staybawy and the owners and companies thatur them should be very ashamed

Horrible. I have repeatedly reached out regarding my owed PayPal payment which I still haven't received. No response at all!!

Banned my account after I ordered a gift card. Trash company, I am actually going to the police for this issue. I think they are breaking international laws

After the split I had continuous issues with cint with different platforms not recognizing my email and could not log in, the one I managed to cash out when I accumulated enough points & I received no paypal reward after a month of querying I get told I have violated their conditions and I'm banned off the site with no payout. I do feel this is trend they do when we battle to receive our payments and close our accounts with no proper reason why we were banned

It is a 3 month old dispute with Cint.
I am doing surveys on GrabPoint and I noticed Points dissapearing from my account, only from Cint. The percent is pretty big, more than 20% of the surveys are having the points withdrawed
I started to matching the points given/taken from History and i found out that for the same survey, Points have been deducted even twice. So they are actually stealing extra.
I contacted them, it took forever to answer, even if I provided a full detailed case.
First, they said it's not them, its Grabpoints , grabpoints said they are just a 3rd party, and they cannot do that, they do not have the authority over the incentives approval or denial.
Then Cint said "oh actually its the buyer who decide, we do not manage anything"

I am 100% sure it is not true, as i find imposible that the buyer can order 1000 survey then when delivered to say "oh they are not good, we will take the data and reject payment" and then leave with the survey reaponse and money.

It is clearly a scam, when i see a Cint survey i close it like its a plague. They refuse to give back also the stolen credits that they have no rights.

Cint is a dishonest, abusive company with predatory business practices. I signed up for Crowdology and verified my identity. After several successful completions of surveys, I found myself unable to log in and unable to complete a password reset. I contacted them, and they told me that Cint is in charge of their systems and had flagged me for poor survey quality and that I had to contact Cint. I did so, and was informed that my account would not be reinstated. They did not provide a reason, or any means to appeal the decision. I am a member of several survey panels in good standing and have never violated Cint - or any other company's - TOS. This company is not to be trusted.

Ok, so I thought we'd got all the payment issues sorted out, but then we went back into the old "surge in PayPal processing" game.
I emailed Cint several times, then was informed that I was no longer welcome as a panelist.
"Violation" of some unknown T &C's.
Requested clarification as to exactly what was alleged to have taken place, only to be informed that "quality protocols" or something prevent me from being provided with that info.
So, I'm out, no idea what I did wrong, and Cint/Metroopinions kept all the money that they'd told me they were working hard to process through PayPal.
Avoid Cint.
Avoid Metroopinions.
Rewardia seems to be a better bet.

I have been doing surveys for Cint panels for over 10 years. Twice in the last 6 months my account has been banned after I have made a couple of payout requests. Their genric scripted customer service advises I had breached their terms and conditions without other reason. I complained several times in July and they reinstated my account. Now as soon as I have done a few more surveys and cashed out a couple more panels they have banned my account for the same reasons again. I give up, they are too much trouble. They want you to answer survey questions and you get banned for getting a payout. Survey takes beware. Their surveys are repeatative, and you can screen out after several minutes for no reward. Below are the panels I was on and the amounts of money they still owe me .

Do not waste your time on this stupid platform. It will consume a lot of time and they do not pay. Useless platform

Absolutely mental. They want you to complete surveys that will take 20 minutes for 66p!!! Pure greed on their part. Surely anybody answering a survey for that pathetic amount is not going to give good feedback.

For God sake stop using this and report it immediately if you love humanity. It is an international fraud and scam. It steals yours data and assets. There should be negative ranking of stars as this fraud foeumn does not deserve even zero star. It should be marked in negative.pleade stop wasting your time and money with this fraud platform and report it immediately to help humanity.

They closed my account without any reason too.
They seems to doing that often. Easy way to get moneys and doesn't have to pay.
People should contant companies who use their services and warn those. Link this trustpilot page to em. for example.

I have just spent an hour to complete a survey on the Olympic Games and sponsors.It was far too long and in the end it screened out. Lengthy delays in each question . Absolutely a waste of time. I didn’t even get paid. I would recommend Prime Opinion pass on more of these Cint surveys.

Absolutely appalling, through another site, and for no reason, my profile has been blocked and I cannot complete cint surveys on that site.
Technical officer tells me cint has blocked me on the site.
I submit ticket to cint via their zendesk platform and a few days later, the ticket mysteriously 'disappeared'.
I have emailed cint numerous times, including to Giles Palmer, the CEO, but no one responds.

Leaves me to suspect they don't want to respond and it means I lose out on significant amounts of rewards from the partner site due to completely unfair actions and failure to bother to engage with me to resolve the matter.

In conclusion, corporate arrogance and not bothered to speak to a single user with a genuine issue

After years of filling surveys on their FS survey site I finally had enough to redeem £10, this is money I would have put towards my child's Christmas presents.
No reward sent, and after waiting a week for a response they have decided to close my account and I will not be given MY money. They won't even give me a reason.
Just don't bother with this site! They are thieves and they should not be allowed to operate.
