I used the service one time and the next time I went to use it they immediately suspended my account without any explanation and no way of getting the suspension lifted.
I would not recommend this service or the app at all.

Cancelled for fraudulent activity???
For quite some time I have successfully used their service and I was satisfied. All of a sudden o was trying to send some money for supplies for the house I am building im the Philippines. I couldn't get back to the send page in the app. I called the number and they said there was fraudulent activity on my account. So they canceled my account....for life. I asked why. The person on the phone gave no reason for the cancelation. So I deleted the app. They started having me put a category for money I send. I sent my money for mostly for home improvement. Which includes salary for workers and materials. I have sent thousands of dollars this way. And the house is close to completion. For them to cancel me without warning ir good explanation makes me angry. Im sure they profited well from all the transfers I made. Just a little respect to the customer as to what the money is being spent on to determine if it is fraudulent or not would n e better than cutting good customers off and not providing a good reason. I dont and will not recommend this company.

If there is a negative-1 review
If there is a negative-1 review, this is what I'm giving this company. Did a remittance transaction, held the transaction for a day, said needed verification, need to call a number with no customer assistance, returned call after 12 hrs to inform me that they have to deny the transaction but will still put a hold on my money for a couple of days! If they can't get the transaction done, why put a hold on my money?
