Anybody out there?
I guess I can start using this as my daily blog for Pango Financial. I've been using them for almost two years. My overall rating would be a five until now. But, since going through a life event (divorce) that requires I pull my funds, I can't get a response from the company. I've complied with their request for documents to include the court order and latest financial statements needed to execute the split of funds. The only response I get now are out of office responses. Those responses even instruct you to contact someone else in the company if you need assistance but, when contacting that person same result; no response. The crazy thing is that the company has no problem collecting their $110 monthly payment. Sad I have to come to the opinion page to get attention. I'll let you know Friday if I finally get any movement with my request after two weeks and multiple emails.

I am happy with the service provided. One strong recommendation is to bring back the "human touch". Email is no substitution for customer care and correspondence. I'd like to think that for what I am paying monthly for your service a 3 minute phone call is worth your time to retain me as a client.

They are true to their word.
After running into so many bad financial corporations, I finally found Pango that steered me in the right direction wil no hiccups. They did 100% of what they said they were going to do and that is very hard to find these days. I will use them again if I get the chance.

Making funding simple
From start to finish, everyone at Pango made our venture into entrepreneurship easy to understand. John Graham helped make a complex model simple. We leveraged their DreamSpark program using an old 401k we had to fund our new franchise. The process took a bit longer than expected, but communication was always on time and we were kept up to date. Our client rep J Garvine remains in touch today to walk us through anything we need to know and is always available through phone or email. Everything you’d want from a small business partner! I’d highly recommend Pango to anyone looking to obtain funding for their small business.

I have been asking questins since…
I have been asking questins since August 2018 ,and repeatedly asked for updates and to date I have not heard anything. Even last week I asked a simple question about required minimum distribution and no one ha responded yet.
I am not sure why I am being charged a 110 monthly fee.
