I really wanted some classy white wine glasses that were not enormous. I know the measurements were available but they are a bit smaller than I wanted . Still classy!

Truthfully I feel one star is too high! Nothing but problems from start to finish. They don’t return emails or phone messages. Rarely answer the phone and when they do the promise to come back and never do! Ive have owned my own independent retail outlet so its with a heavy heart i write this as i more that aware its hard to get things right everytime. However ignoring emails and phone messages is a disgrace and promising to call you back and not doing so is not acceptable! I ordered in November and payment was taken i received my order in march and it was the incorrect colour. During this not once did reach and explain what was going on or update me, since receiving the wrong order i call them and they asked me to email them details and photos and now they are ghosting me, I've called left six messages and sent three emails! I feel this business maybe going out of business or financial unstable! Avoid at all costs!

Great products, great prices, fast delivery and good communications.

I placed an order in November, but after a month of waiting, I still hadn’t received it. When I reached out to the company, they informed me that shipping fees had increased and asked me to pay an additional £50 to proceed. This was unexpected and disappointing, as I believe businesses should honor the original price at the time of purchase.
While the company did respond to my inquiries, their replies were often unclear and confusing, which made resolving the issue much more difficult. It took three weeks of back-and-forth emails to get any clarity, and the lack of straightforward communication added unnecessary frustration to the experience ending up with canceling the order. I felt I was taking hostage, whether paying the extra amount or not sending the product!
I hope the company takes this feedback into account and works on improving their communication practices. Providing clear, transparent responses and honoring initial pricing would go a long way in building trust with customers and ensuring a smoother experience in the future.

I have not yet received the delivery. It was due to be delivered by 10.1.25. Having been ordered 7 days prior. It was not delivered by the 10th. A delivery attempt was to be made at 14.1.25 but no notice of this was given via email or phone. It was just assumed that somehow I would psychically know that delivery was to be made and that I would happen to stay in all day without any notice of any reason to do so. I only learnt that a delivery was due to be made as I had been manually tracking a delivery due date since having ordered the item two weeks prior. I submitted a redelivery request to be made for Saturday 18.1.25. This date was selected from the available dates that UPS listed for redelivery. Despite this, not delivery was made on the 18th. I waited in all day. Upon manually checking for a delivery, the system alerted that the delivery was meant to be delivered that day but no text or email updates were provided, despite me being registered for these services. Again, I was left with no information of when a delivery would be attempted. One was attempted today on the 21.1.25. However, again, having no notice of this I did not sit in waiting for a delivery for a date I had not selected; would not be available for and for which I was given no notice via text or email that a delivery would be attempted. I have again requested a redelivery for a date (25.1.25) which UPS lists as an available delivery date. However, this is nearing a month after purchase and from the last experience, I will receive no notice if a delivery will indeed be made on that date.

Prompt service. Item arrived in good condition and as described.

Had what I needed at the best price, delivered next day as promised.

Excellent value, delivered on time, in perfect condition.
