Thank you so much for taking the time to write this honest review. Our email and voicemail service is active and responded to 7 days a week however, some of this is remotely. This means that we respond to voicemail messages as the initial call goes through to our office. If no message is left we are unable to know that the call has been made as the voicemail alert is via email, which is picked up remotely. Thank you for the great service. I was really worried as hadn’t used this company before and my expensive jug arrived broken! (Not their fault …it had clearly been bashed by the courier). But after an email they ordered me another which arrived a week later all in tact! It’s beautiful and I love it and thank you for the no quibble replacement.

Fabulous customer service from PANIK - I emailed to let them know that one glass had broken during transit and within ten minutes I’d received an email from them confirming a replacement was being sent out and ten minutes after that I received another email confirming it had been despatched. It arrived the next day. Very refreshing to deal with a company with such excellent customer service these days. Thank you PANIK, I will be a returning customer I’m sure.

Avoid. Seller Argues With Clients. Postage costs high.
A So so experience, unfortunately.
I ordered a Georg Jensen teaspoon (so you can imagine the size and weight when packed) which was cheap and flimsy in reality (shame on you, Georg Jensen) The postage charged by the seller was £6.99 via Parcelforce. The spoon only cost £6.75!
It would have made more sense to use a Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service at £2.70 (which I have used to return it). Ultimately, it has cost me £16.75 for a £6.75 refund. I will be more careful in future.
* ‘Iconic’ item or not, the spoon is flimsy and cheap looking. The delivery for such a piece is disproportionate to the price and size. Arguing with a customer is not recommended. I have many items designed by Georg Jensen, including jewellery and this spoon does not come up to the mark. I suspect that is why it is at such a low price.

This beautiful spoon is a collectors item and was designed in approximately 1954 as a futuristic design, very minimal in style. It has been used in well known films where it is the star of the show. We are so disappointed that you do not love this as much as we do especially as it was sold at an incredibly discounted price to make it affordable to everybody. Our postage charges are very clear as we use a tracked service for every single delivery. We like to know that our treasured orders arrive safely to their forever homes.
