Saliva based LFTs…
I was really pleased to find saliva-based lateral flow tests, as the groups I work with required testing and I was struggling with swabs due to the preservative used, which was causing me problems. I was also pleased to discover that my recent purchase was on sale, making a huge saving on my previous purchase. The tests are easy to use, quick and have clear instructions.

Relatively short dated Lateral Flow…
Relatively short dated Lateral Flow Tests, Fast shipping, decent products and clear instructions.
Ordered a set of lateral flow tests (COVID-19 & Influenza A+B Antigen Combo Rapid Test Kit) and found the dates to be much shorter than expected or implied (implication was that they had a 24month shelf life from the factory and expected maybe 12-18months left but were shipped with 9months remaining). The product itself was well packed, has clear instructions and shipped very fast.
Suggested fix: Put an approximate shelf life expectation on your ordering portal

Missing items in my order, no customer service
Missing items in my order, sent two emails to customer service, no reply, now having to file a PayPal dispute. Therefore, can't recommend on this basis, as never have had an issue with missing items before!

I found the instructions on how to interpret the results confusing. The way they are written seems inconsistent and it seems that igG is repeated on one of them and it should be IgM. There are good drawings of all possible results, but these seem pointless without reference to them.

Used another brand which picked up virus and read as positive. Your test kits need reviewing urgently
