To put it simply, I wouldn't order anything from this online store ever again. I'd just wait til the band is in town next and get merch from their table. I ordered a World Tour shirt from 2023 for my brother since it was his very first concert and his favorite two bands (Metallica/Pantera). The item was a presale item that wouldn't be shipped out til a month later. To my surprise they delivered on time, however, the item was incorrect... I contacted the merchant via email to get it resolved and kept getting ghosted. When I had first contacted them, a whole week had passed. When I wrote a follow up, they finally responded and said they'd look into it for me. Another 4 days pass with no update. I understand there's a window of time to get these things corrected or else the merchant can simply say there's nothing they can do. So I contacted them again. I had sent them screenshots and photos of proof I was sent the wrong item aswell as their teams delayed responses prior. They finally get back to me days later but suddenly in order for them to look "into it" for me they needed all the order information that I had already sent to them previously. At this point it felt as though they were just giving me the run around. So I sent it all over again, and was ghosted another couple of days. Then they offered me the option for a refund or exchange, I responded promptly to get a refund since returning the wrong item to get the right item was never an option, AND I WAS GHOSTED AGAIN..... so after waiting x amount days and doing research on the company, I found that they have a reputation for sending incorrect/broken merchandise and customers never receiving compensation or even a refund. Which scared me. It almost seemed like the type of thing a scam company would do. Which is weird for a big band like Pantera? I had sent in another follow up which never got responded to until I finally decided to contact my bank and dispute the charge since clearly the shop wasn't going to reach out. Pantera fans beware.

Incompetent service and insanely slow to send out something as simple as an overpriced t-shirt.
Do not buy from this store if you need it within the next half year, or more likely, just don't buy at all.
