Scam and Misleading
I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction with the product I recently received from your company.
First, the delivery time of 13 days is completely unacceptable. More importantly, the quality of the product is extremely poor. The cutlery feels cheap, the bag material is of very low quality, and the white fabric has already started turning yellow. This is entirely inconsistent with the product description and the price paid.
Additionally, the product arrived without your logo or branding, but instead with Asian-language lettering. This strongly suggests that the item was simply resold from a low-cost Asian supplier. The packaging was almost torn apart and badly damaged, which further reflects a total lack of quality control and professionalism.
I paid €50 for this product — a price at which I reasonably expected a properly branded, carefully packaged, and decent-quality item. Instead, I received something that could easily have been ordered for a fraction of the cost from websites such as Temu or Alibaba. This is misleading and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, your listed phone number does not work, which raises serious concerns about your reliability and credibility as a business.
This entire experience reflects a complete lack of care for both product quality and customer satisfaction. I therefore request a full refund immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue further action.
