Scam and Misleading

I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction with the product I recently received from your company.

First, the delivery time of 13 days is completely unacceptable. More importantly, the quality of the product is extremely poor. The cutlery feels cheap, the bag material is of very low quality, and the white fabric has already started turning yellow. This is entirely inconsistent with the product description and the price paid.

Additionally, the product arrived without your logo or branding, but instead with Asian-language lettering. This strongly suggests that the item was simply resold from a low-cost Asian supplier. The packaging was almost torn apart and badly damaged, which further reflects a total lack of quality control and professionalism.

I paid €50 for this product — a price at which I reasonably expected a properly branded, carefully packaged, and decent-quality item. Instead, I received something that could easily have been ordered for a fraction of the cost from websites such as Temu or Alibaba. This is misleading and unacceptable.

To make matters worse, your listed phone number does not work, which raises serious concerns about your reliability and credibility as a business.

This entire experience reflects a complete lack of care for both product quality and customer satisfaction. I therefore request a full refund immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue further action.

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM, DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE PLEASE! I ordered a dress and they sent me a completely different one from the picture on the website. I asked to send back the item and get a refund and they wanted me to pay 20€ to send the wrong dress back to China where they get their cheap clothes from! How is it possible that if you send me the wrong item I get to pay the return shipment?? Also, tried to call the phone number on the website to resolve the situation and the number doesn't exist, total SCAM!

low quality !!!

It doesn't even look like the product on the photos. Also it took like 2 weeks to get the item.

Poor quality products, shipped from China.

Sadly, also realised only after ordering my product that it ships from China. The quality is extremely poor and cheap, I ordered a beanie and it was basically child-sized and didn't even cover my head.

When I requested a return, they told me I have to pay for the return shipping costs to China.

Don't buy at Pantino: Product not delivered and no refund

Product not delivered and not refunded. I am waiting more than 3 weeks and there's no solution. I have already bought the product at a different webshop and was delivered in one day. The only thing I get from Pantino is messages with comments like "we are looking into this" My request to cancel the order and provide a refund is being ignored. Don't order at Panting....all they care about is getting your money and after that the service stops. If someone from Pantino reads this rating: the rating is real and is about order 28701 from March 9th 2025.

Out and Out Fraud

Like so many on Trust Pilot that have tried to buy from Pantino I didn't receive anything following my order. It is a con. I have emailed, tried to call about my order always unsuccessful. This site should be closed down as it is clearly Fraudulent.
Now Pantino have queried my comments and want to have my full details which if I don't give will mean my review will be deleted. Well they already have all my details so I will not be sending anything else to them.
They are very sharp so be careful and if I knew then what I know now I would not be dealing ever with this fraudulent company.
If I do ever get the watch then I will change my review accordingly but I don't ever think that this will ever happen based on other peoples reviews and non delivery.
So if this message disappears you know my report/review is correct.

🚨 Beware of Pantinoshop.com 🚨

Despite placing an order with Pantinoshop.com over a month ago, we still haven't received the item OR a refund. Repeated emails and calls have gone unanswered—our voicemails aren't even getting through because their inbox is full! 😡

We trusted them with an important order meant for someone who recently experienced a loss, and their lack of communication and accountability has made this situation even worse. We've given them multiple chances to make things right, but now we're left with no other option but to warn others.

Please think twice before ordering from this company. Their customer service is nonexistent, and after checking sites like Trustpilot and Scamadvisor, we found that our experience isn't unique. We’ll be escalating this issue to consumer protection agencies and leaving reviews to ensure others don't fall into the same trap.
