Scammer! Fake tracking until you email them and then you watch it run circles around China. Product was not what I ordered and was way too small. I’ll just be out the money because I’m sure it would be lost in shipment back since it took 2 months to get here.When I emailed them they quit responding after one email. DO NOT BUY

This company is a scam and a fraud! They took my money for an order that they said shipped out Dec 16th, guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. Not only did it not arrive, they didn’t even “pretend to ship it” until December 29th. They gave fake tracking information and the package arrived at the “Canada Airport”. These scammers didn’t even bother to use a real airport and didn’t clue in that there isn’t just one airport in Canada, a country close to 40 million people. They gave me every excuse, refused to refund the money as the package was “in transit” and delayed because of COVID. They finally confirmed delivery to an address in New York, USA and told me to check outside my door or in the mailbox. I am beyond angry and upset with them, fortunately my bank will reimburse my charges to my credit card but I want to ensure NOBODY EVER ORDERS FROM THEM AGAIN!

Zero review too if I could!! I placed an order back in November and never received mind you, only part of the order the end of December then the pants I ordered never came until the middle of January and of course the were the wrong ones!! After emailing the so called support center they said they would refund me well I received a small refund and that was for the earrings I DID receive not the pants that were 4X's the amount of the earrings. Now I tried to email them to correct my refund and their support center is no longer in service!! All emails are returned to me!! My advice DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Zero stars is more accurate. Placed an order on Dec. 4, no updates on order until receiving shipping notification on Dec. 31, items received on Jan. 22.
Quality of items was very poor. Ordered two women's hoodies. The material is nearly see through it is so thin and I am worried about washing them for the first time. I suspect they will shrink from a women's medium to a Barbie doll size. Learned my lesson on ordering items from an add on Facebook. It would be nice if Facebook did some level of checking on who is advertising to their members.

I too AM having a bad experience with pantschic. What is pictured and what is sent to you a month later is different. I bought adorable boots on sale that came to me totally different: cheap and plasticky. Sweatshirts were ok, but not as pictured. Colors didn't match on one shirt. They were both not as advertised though! The only thing that came correct was a necklace. I called them out on the boots as they aren't even close to what I purchased, and they are playing stupid email offers with me. Everyday they send an email giving me a 5% refund if I keep the wrong boots they sent me. I am on day 8. Do not trust these people.

Ordered on Dec 6th 2020 and just got the rest of it today. The clothes look nothing like the pictures and they sent me the wrong stuff. I ordered this stuff for Christmas!! Back Ordered they said, Sold Out they said!!! If they were the last clothing store on earth I'd go f***ing naked or make clothes out of trash. But I'm pretty sure they beat me to the trash part!! Do not ever order from this company!! Ever!!

Actually zero stars. Terrible service. They answer but shipping to return would cost more than you paid for them item to begin with. Pants were too small and had no button. All they offered was a 20% off code. They don’t fit and came with no button. They should replace for free and pay to return if they want them back. That would be good customer service. I thot this company was US based. I have to learn to NOT buy thru Facebook advertised merchandise as it all comes from China.

If I could review this SCAM company a 0, I would! Absolutely a scam! Do yourself a favor AND DO NOT ORDER! Order holiday items before thanksgiving and the shipping label wasn’t even printed until 12/28! Been back and forth trying to get my money back for about 15 days now. They agreed to a percentage and asked them to put it in my PayPal account and now all of a sudden they can’t refund my money.

Had no idea products came from China. The material is horrible. Almost feels plastic. Sized very small. And nothing fits. Unable to return. Would highly recommend you stay away from this site

This is a terrible company, I placed an order on Dec 02/2020 and did not receive it till January 11/2021. I ordered 4 items and only 2 were in stock. I wanted to cancel my order then but they said it already had been shipped. I finally receive my 2 Items and they were way too big, I used there size chart and still came too big. I am now in the process of sending them back and they are not getting back to me of what address I can send them to for a refund. Terrible Terrible service and quality.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Ordered what appeared to be a fleece hooded pullover and received a hooded long sleeve t-shirt after 2-3 months.

This company is fraudulent!
Items are nothing at all like the photos. Terrible quality and very deceiving photos. Do not order!!

Pantschic is really not legit so far the first shirt of 3 ordered took over a month and they claimed it was delivered once when it was not. It is not at all what was pictured. It is not made of good quality material and looks like a halloween costume version of what was pictured. The picture makes it look like nice quality flannel or nice cotton material and it is really like wearing a windsock or parachute. A large which normally fits at other stores did not. If I get the rest of the order and it is the same there will be hell to pay. The sweaters will probably be rags or a smelly sock or something. Also this is sent from china through Amazon fulfillment and you have to pay shipping to return the items, which is probably about the cost of the items anyhow in the long run. Such a scam so far.

Dec 15, 2020- Ask where product was and was told
there was a "quality hold up"
Dec 15. 2020 - Requested a refund and was told it
would take 5 days.
December 29 - Contacted to find out where my refund was and they said Oh here's your tracking number for the shipment, which on the USPS website says it hasn't been created.

I also ordered on the 5th of December! I also have not received my order... I have sent Emails, still no reply.
Guessing I'm going to have to file a report with my bank!

Also placed an order on December 5th and have not received any updates or my merchandise. Unable to reach this company. They definitely took my money right away and no further communication.

I made and order on December 5 and have sent them a few emails and all I get is generic email. As the other people have said that they took the money right away and I still haven’t received my order. I have tried to cancel it but nothing in return about my order or what they are going to do about it. I am not happy with this company and also believe it is a fake company. The problem is they advertise all over Facebook all the time. I won’t be ordering again and I am ready to call my credit card company to see if I can get my money back or what they can do for me about this

I placed orders on Dec. 6, 8, and 11. They collected payment immediately. Its December 21 and I have received nothing. I received one email a few days ago saying the item I ordered was out of stock. Yet I see that item advertised everyday by this company. Do not order from them.

I do not trust or believe this is not a scam website, the exact items are on different "same style" named websites!! There are NO real reviews either!!
I placed an order and have been questioning shipment and if genuine items as shown on the website, here is my latest reply 5 days ago sent at 3:49am:

There is absolutely no information about this company on their web site. I believe this is another scam company from social media. I did email them to give them a chance but this is the response I received along with my inquiry.
