Impossible to return items and get refunded

The procedure to return items is described on the website, and the first step is to fill out a form online to say what items you are returning, and why. Then they're supposed to email you a return label for you to send the items back.

I've written three times to follow up in the course of two weeks, and i got automated replies, then nothing.

Looks like they are making sure nobody can return items and gets refunded. I would really stay away from ordering from them, as this is by far the worst customer experience I've had shopping online, and at this point, it feels like a scam..

Pantys did finally refund and help.

update 2. Still nothing. Which email are you sending it from? Can I request a label directly with your provider?

update 3. I emailed you from a gmail with 2431 and the RMA number in the subject line. I just got your auto reply.

Waste of money

My pantys were leaking the first time i tried them. I've written three e-mails to them and i haven't gotten any response in the past four months. I don't understand how they got the B-certificate with such bad customer-service
Waste of money and time.

Bad customer service

My cousin started a return 4 days ago&still hasn’t received a shipping label all the messages to her are in a different language even though she purchased from the UK.
There is no UK phone number to contact anyone,very bad customer service.

I've been trying to order a nursing bra…

I've been trying to order a nursing bra from the US site, but payment has not worked for the last two days. I have not heard back from customer service. When I've gone back to order after talking to my bank to ensure no issues, the price had gone up. So far this has been a hassle

I was supposed to receive my items on…

I was supposed to receive my items on 1st of June, today is 2nd when I click on tracking it. says the items are stuck on Brazilian border! apparently need further info to process the parcel but I haven't received any such request and Pantys' customer service doesnt respond to my emails / Facebook messages.. now I just worry I won't get the items and worse - my money back. spare yourself the hassle and order from UK brands..
