I’d like to appreciate Simran for her outstanding service. She was attentive, well-informed, and genuinely interested in helping. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer service—highly commendable.

Ridiculous customer service.
I have places an order for my heels and the girl who was communicating with me asked me to do the payment right away so that they can send me on time my shipment. Even though the charges were really high of the heels but I didn't cared about it because I liked the heels its my first time shopping with them they haven't even sent me any confirmation of the order the girl said I will start the process of the heel away and ship straight away so that I can wear them on the day I want and she was aware of my excitement regardless when I contacted them how they are going with my shipment after 10 days and the girl was so blank I can clearly see they haven't bothered much after getting the money as I don't need heels as they are not coming when I am expecting I ask them to cancel the heels and refund my money and they have no apologies they just sent me return and exchange policy as it was not a return or exchange I wanted to cancel it because of their behaviour and carelessness .
I won't even recommend them as one star they are worst and money making people only.
Worssssssssssst and worstttttt brand and customer service very highly charged products yes you tried approaching me after I go mad on you I was the who reminded the team that I have placed an order but haven't got an update don't even try to be smart with me .

I recently inquired about ordering a dress for my bridal shower, but was initially told it couldn’t be delivered on time. The following day, the representative I spoke with reached out on her own and informed me the order could be expedited. I was thrilled and agreed to proceed, but then she mentioned there would be an expediting fee of over 43,350 INR (approximately $507 USD), which was almost 50% of the dress’s cost. I found that excessive and decided not to move forward.

The next day, however, the same representative contacted me again, offering to waive the expediting fee completely. I hadn’t requested this, so it struck me as odd and left me feeling like they were simply looking for ways to overcharge their customers. Still, I loved the dress and decided to place the order, with a guarantee that it would be completed and shipped in time for my event. I paid an 80% deposit, with the remaining 20% plus shipping due once the dress was ready for shipment.

When I asked for a template for the measurements, the template they provided was unprofessional and unclear, as if a child is asking for measurements. After asking for clarification, they scheduled a video call with a stylist, which helped, but this back-and-forth added unnecessary hassle. Weeks later, when I checked in for an update, the representative’s responses became inconsistent—shifting from confident assurances to vague comments like, “We are trying our best and hoping for the best.” Naturally, I questioned this, and she reassured me it would be completed on time.

The day before the dress was supposed to ship, I asked for confirmation and payment details. Despite our earlier agreement, they sent me a link requesting the full amount instead of deducting the 80% deposit I had already paid. It was only after I followed up repeatedly that they corrected this and confirmed the shipment. When I asked for a tracking number, I was told it wouldn’t be available for two days—only to receive it immediately after insisting, lol.

When the dress finally arrived, it was a disaster. It was significantly shorter than the measurements I provided, making it completely unwearable. If it had been too long, I could have altered it, but there’s nothing I can do with a dress that’s too short. Not only was it short, most of the measurements were just wrong. I understand if .5 of an inch goes up or down, but this was way off. After spending nearly $2,000, I now have a dress I can’t use and no solution from the company.

I reached out to the representative to address the issue. The representative sent me pictures showing the dress being measured before it was shipped. However, there were clear problems with these measurements:
1. They measured the length of the dress slanted, which inherently adds a few extra inches compared to measuring it straight.
2. Even with their slanted measurement, the result shown in the picture is still incorrect and doesn’t match the required length. I’m not sure what they were trying to argue, because even the evidence they provided only confirms the dress is shorter than it should be.

To make matters worse, the representative called me again and insisted that I was measuring the dress incorrectly. I even offered to get on a video call and measure the dress in front of them, but the representative refused. This only made it clear they were not willing to take responsibility or resolve the problem properly. They were dismissive and unhelpful. This experience has been beyond frustrating and disappointing.

Best and Most original Brand out there!

I absolutely loved my experience with this brand! I bought a Sari and a two piece pant suit, a bag , jewlery and some costume made shoes. I did such a big purchase for a first buy, but I wanted everything for an event I had in Ibiza, so I risked it after checking the comments of the brand.
And I got to say that they called me more that three times in video call to make sure my measurements were correct, and they basically looked at me while I was measuring myself to see if I was doing it right.
The dresses I received were exactly what i saw in the website, and they looked amazing. The bag is sooo precious and the jewelry very unique.
My only issue was that the shoes were sent in a wrong size, but they immediately made new ones and try to send it as fast as possible. This shoes are so unique that it was absolutely worth the wait.
Such amazing customer service!
Im very happy with this brand!
